The Peacock gym brothers etc It's dirty money, but as a boxing fan I'd rather it get pumped into our sport than somewhere else, as it's mostly a niche sport compared to the big sports like football. Before MTK came along for example, most of the top Irish amateurs never turned pro because there was no money in pro boxing in Ireland, Kenny Egan for example won an Olympic Silver medal and never turned pro. Since MTK they all have the opportunity to go pro. Good chance Kinahan is gonna get caught up eventually anyway.
Boxing has always had people Kinahan involved to some degree or another. What winds me up is seeing all these boxers who love getting on their moral high horses about various subjects and social issues, but who are happy to take blood money off someone who deals in death and misery. If I was in their shoes I'd take the money, but to off set that I wouldn't then be on social media everyday carrying on like some Patron Saint of fixing societies ills the way some of them do.

Don't really disagree with you but essentially all sport is being used as money washing operations. If you look at the cash flows in football, you know the owners of our premier League clubs are washing huge scale sums in those books. I mean look at the state of the owners of prem clubs. Crooks to a man. Just on a different level. I was involved in league football at counties level and it was rife there too. Full of owners paying everyone in mysterious cash sums.

Sorry but unless I'm wrong, you can clearly see the directors of IFL TV on Companies House. It's not hidden. It's Kugan and some bimbo called Laura Rose since November 2020. What you're talking about is having your address hidden from the public record because of the reasons you've mentioned above but directorship cannot be hidden.

I know it's not a boxing issue directly, but the bottom line is we all, as a society, have never come to grips with drugs. If MTK is funded by drugs money the way to stop all this is to stop drugs. But we never have. Until we get real about drugs there will always be drug money. It has to go somewhere. That somewhere might as well be boxing and boxers.
