Siesta Boxing have been busy, have signed Zak Chelli, John Docherty and Shakiel Thompson today. Wonder if they will start to do more UK based shows?
Siesta's making moves. I would imagine these are advisory deals similar to MTK and will likely try to get his fighters on Matchroom cards etc. He knows without a TV deal its impossible to make any headway in the UK. Will have them on his small hall shows to keep busy but my guess is hes trying to build a stable.
Yeah that is true. His kold War cards were on that fire tv. But would not have a clue what numbers would have watched.
After Eddie told him he wasn't needed for international matchmaking due to COVID, he's seemed very biter and anti in interviews since. Interesting chap to listen to though, do enjoy some of his interviews. Hope he gets back on UK matchmaking scene as he was involved with some fairly big shows.
