Definitely curious to see Barrett Vs Martinez, Barrett had been talking such a big game in the build up about levels etc and how good he is. I expected him to finish Martinez pretty easily, it was another 10/1 on job for him so I'm very surprised he struggled again

You have to learn something about boxing little boy. There are fighters out there who just hit very hard. And if you get hit by too many shots or by a guy who hits too hard, you get dropped or ko'd. And that happened tonight. No shame and no reason to believe a guy has a weak chin because he was ko'd by a heavy handed guy. Or do you think Andy Ruiz has a weak chin because he was dropped by Anthony Joshua?

from the opening 20 seconds that Lara guy reminded me of Breidis Prescott the night he sparked Kahn.

Big wide, strong hooks, you could see it was never going to be the walk in the park that all the dopes at Sky thought it would be.

All credit to the young mexican, he was left hook happy and really grasped his chance with both hands, well done to him, i hope he got himself a good payday there, and gets many more after this. Super night for him.

Gutted for Warrington, always comes across as a good honest lad. But his game plan looked atrocious from the get go, maybe he got caught early and that threw all his plans out, i dont know, but like someone above said, why didnt he work the body??????? he should have been doing that from early on....

i know its easy to say it after a defeat, but Josh probably could do with a change of voice in his camp......His oldman appeared to say nothing of note to Josh in the corner.

 

I agree. I thought the main event and co-main would be mismatches but they weren’t.

 

Yea to be fair Lara was landing some corking bodyshots! Particularly the sneaky one straight up the pipe, like a uppercut bodyshot, could tell they were having an effect.
