Larry Holmes had one of the best Walking into the Boxing rings songs.....
Ain't No stopping us Now by Mcfadden and Whithead from 1979.

Jones jr did more damage to hip hop than to his opponents even rapping vocals. Y’all musta forgot!

I always liked Eubanks ring walk to “Simply the Best” by Tina Turner. The man was 80% ego 19% fashion and 1% top hat & monocle.

Duran actually invested a lot of $$$ into his band, one of the reasons why he went broke.

Pretty sure Bonecrusher Smith cut an R&B single that languishes in obscurity today. It may not have been him, but it was one of the many Tyson victims in the 1980s.

    This was painful.

At no point in his droning, incoherent vocals was he remotely close to being on key. I really really miss twenty seconds ago when I didn’t know this existed.
