Parker is one of the few guys capable of giving (pre-Fury) Wilder a real fright.

He is a real contender - with a terrible run of bad luck that has prevented him from showing it lately.

    How easily people forget.....

I have no problem with Joyce v Usyk. I'd rather see Joyce than Parker in that fight. Joyce did a good job against Dubois. Usyk did his thing against Chisora. I think it's good that they're fighting when each is coming off a world class win.

I would like to see Usyk fight Joyce and then Parker. Witherspoon, Chisora, Joyce, Parker, and then finishing with a match against the winner of Fury v Joshua. That sounds like a great early heavyweight resume.

Joyce took a risk fighting Dubois and deserves the reward.

In the last two and a half years (!) Parker has fought Alexander Flores, Leapai and Shawndell Winters. I'm sorry but nobody should be rewarding victory over that level of opponent.

Hearn has Usyks future mapped out...mega-fight with Joshua which is Win Win forHearns. He wont risk Usyks tentative efforts into the HW division against a skilful fighter as Parker, not yet ....A stoppage over a tank like Joyce would do wonders for a Joshua - Usyk fight ... a clear UD schooling wont do any harm either ...Parker...to soon.

Parker is a former champ. Joyce is far from that.

Makes sense that Hearn would not want Parker first.

I mean Bermaine Stiverne is a former belt holder too, does that mean he gets to skip the queue? It's now almost three years since Parker held it. Time to move on and reinvent himself.

I wouldn't have any issue with Parker fighting for the WBA.

I watched two homeless guys fighting outside the supermarket for one of the many wba heavyweight belts.

Parker used to have some decent, level-headed fans. Now he's got this borderline troll. Bit of a fall from grace.

I’d rather see Joyce get the opportunity. Parker had his chances and failed.
