The public think the a date is confirmed for June. But something doesn’t sit comfortably with me...I don`t like how the Fury v AJ fight is taking so long to gert finalise, I`ve got a feeling this fight will never happen and this tweet explains a lot, I think this tweet may be on to something, I could be wrong and I hope I am.

Fury, will need to be on a wild boar diet to lose the lard. If he even signs, I’m seeing an “injury” to Fury, causing a delay.

I've felt for a while now that Fury never fights again.....not basing that on anything other then intuition.

Ironically, for a fighter I've criticized for fighting nothing more than tune up opponents for the majority of his career, this is the one time I would be in favor of Tyson fighting a tune up, and it appears he's not going to this time.

I don't understand why they would let anything get in the way of this fight.

Pay off Wilder, have the WBC rank Fury's favorite sparring partner #15, and get him some nandrolone. Texas is open now, hold the fight there.

What do you mean Texas is open? Does Texas have a different aproach to covid than oter states? How many people in Texas even who AJ or Fury are?

Every state has their own, often very different approach. Even cities and counties do.

Texas has held a lot of big fights. Spence, the Charlos, and I think Tank all had their last one there. Pacquiao fought someone there though I forgot who. But the biggest thing is they're open today and have a variety of possible venues.

Not only is Texas open, they have been open for a while now and their fights actually allow fans in the stands. Saul Alvarez even fought in San Antiono his last figt

I'm still convinced Fury wants a fight first, I don't think Fury really want to go in to a fight of this size, against this sort of opponent being out the ring for 16 months plus.

He mentioned inactivity when Conor McGregor lost, he mentioned Inactivity when Josh Warrington lost.. AJ fought in December, he is fine right now, Fury isn't stupid and in my opinion Hearn is dragging this out as long as possible to keep him inactive.

I can see Fury just making an announcement out of the blue, saying he is fighting somebody else, blaming Hearn and AJ for slow negotions and being messed around.

Hearn has said for months the same old lines about being close, next couple of weeks, won't be long and we are now in March.

I just don't think is going to happen next, I can honestly see Fury having a fight first.

if it doesn't happen next it will not happen as the wbc will want their mandatory wbo and usyk will not wait it is a two fight deal if it does not happen now then its not going to happen especially not for undisputed,

No way this fights happen anytime soon. As long as venues & stadiums are closed, the fight is closed too.

not fighting for undisputed doesn't bother me at all because it's still technically for undisputed as far as fury is concerned (in my book).
fury wins, he's king of the heap.
but i still fancy wilder over joshua.

if it is not undisputed then the fight means less as someone else can still claim to be the champion... kind of like how wilder spent years fighting bums and avoiding unification.

Sounds to me like Fury is yet again trying to manipulate the pre fight narrative to portray himself as the underdog. According to Fury's dad, the three year layoff before the wilder fight hardly affected him, so a year and a half is nothing, right? I'll believe he's ballooned up when I see pics.

i hear what you're saying, but all those belts in all the divisions are what cheapens the sport.
even if there is a unified champ, the belts get separated soon after because the champ can only appease one federation with his next mandatory.
if fury beats aj, he's the champ regardless of what belts he does or doesn't have imo.
