Taylor clear decision, Ramirez got lucky vs Postol. Will be great though, hopefully, their layoffs won't change anything. 1 round for Taylor for ages.

Over the moon that it's happening, but i can't remember many undisputed fights recently where the outcome was a foregone conclusion

Given our track record of Brits going overseas to fight. Expect Taylor to get smashed to bits by Ramirez.

Have you watched either of them fight, or is your prediction entirely based on Brits' track record of fighting abroad?

Josh Taylor is currently one of our two elite fighters and I make him the man to beat even away from home.

If you are good enough you will do it in any ring in any venue - Calzaghe, Lewis and Tyson Fury are good examples.

I am confident our man will win.

Nobody is smashing Taylor to bits, that lad is one hell of a boxer and absolutely criminally underrated. I remember 3 years ago on a stag do and I was joking with a Scottish bloke about Gary Cornish, after a few questionably made White Russians I said that Josh Taylor will become the best boxer in Britain within 5 years, he's very close now, his record speaks for itself.

He's top class - In my opinion he already is the best boxer in Britain.

Yeah, p4p I think you're right, especially how quickly he's done this all in

Refreshing to see a fighter taking on the challenges and winning what he has in such little amount of fights.

Just hope the lay off won't be too harmful.... he's had 1 round in what, 18 months? He could've done with not blowing his last opponent away to be honest lol

Mentioned it before as well, but just hope he Ben Davison doesn't make him too cautious..... what is good about Taylor is he has the bit between his teeth to put it on whoever's in front of him when he needs to and that bit of spite to get rid of people when the opportunity presents itself.

As much as the Mcguigan’s are bellends, they brought Taylor through perfectly. His level of opposition just grew after a few learning fights he went in with a step up to Dave Ryan, then a domestic clash with Ohara Davies that was believe it or not, seen as a 50/50 at the time, before boxing fringe world level fighters to world level fights to where he is now.

Now that Taylor has employed a personal trainer instead of an actual boxing coach, my money is on Ramirez winning on points.

I’d like to see prograis vs Ramirez for all the baubles after Josh gets the win and moves up in weight class

    Would be a great fight.
Prograis won me over with his performance against Taylor.
He's a warrior in the ring and a gentleman out of it, would love to see him and Taylor in a rematch sometime in the future, a real 50/50

Yeah it was such a great fight. Prograis started amazing and i thought wow he is levels above Taylor.

Then Taylor adjusted and Prograis couldn't box how he was but he then adjusted and started coming back.

We need a rematch at some point. Elite level boxing at its best.
