The depression angle was always fake. It was put there to make you all look away from the Nandrolone. Which worked because none of you will ever bring it up again. Notice how he has not been depressed ever since? That's because he doesn't need to use that excuse. Yes, he beat Wilder (who was overrated himself) and an old Klitschko but the rest of his resume is complete garbage. And he has avoided everyone else who can possibly beat him. Fury is a con man and a fraud but as long as everybody believes him, it's working. I said for years that Wilder was a fraud and I caught hell for that. Well..
What do you guys think of him now?

Yes. Then Wilder said yes to the trilogy fight and now Fury is trying to get out of that. And again, he puts things out there like "the contract is expired" or "Wilder said upsetting things about me" or whatever and you have all eaten it up. But the reality is, the arbitration is holding up the show right now. And now Fury wants another bum fight tune up before the AJ fight. He's screwed.

If you didn't notice, Fury has not fought since he ate up the skinny legged super noodle Wilder last year...

& his next fight is AJ

So keep up the mental gymnastics trying to convince yourself of an alternate reality.

Fury will have decimated the best of his era & the previous era by the time he is done feasting.

OP is spouting a lot of nonsense here, but he does have a point with the inactivity. I believe Fury is the clear #1 in the division, but he has been out of action for too long. Joshua was also out for more than a year between Ruiz II and Pulev, but at least he got a fight made in the end.

With Fury it’s been more than a year and nothing is happening. Fury-Joshua won’t happen before Covid is done with, so meanwhile Fury’s gotta make some moves soon.

Calling him a fraud takes away AJ's credit if he actually manages to beat Fury.

He has a win over Wilder and he beat Klitschko easier that Joshua did, he made it look like an easy nights work while Joshua went life and death with an older Klitschko. He also has a win over Chisora who would give most top opponents a tough fight but Fury make it look incredibly easy. He's clearly amazingly skilled and is clearly not a fraud.

But yeah he is overrated after the Wilder win. He's not invincible like some people believe he is and if Aj beats him I'll be laughing at the people who called me crazy for thinking Aj could beat him. His resume is also somewhat thin. Besides those 3 i listed he has no one else even though he had an opportunity to fight Pulev and Whyte and avoided them for some reason. But its likely because Fury knows that if you fight decent opponents back to back you're more likely to loose. It's not that he's scared. You seriously think he can't beat Whyte and Pulev ? Lmao. He plays chess with his match making kinda like Mayweather

He has already skipped over most of the best if this era. Instead he fought bums and an overrated Wilder. Tell me this. Why did he choose to fight Wilder for less money and less belts? Why couldn't he have fought Whyte last year?

Yes I think that makes him scared and a fraud. Boxers back in the day would absolutely get called out if they skipped over all the rest of the division. I would never say he couldn't beat Whyte or Pulev, I'm saying prove it in the ring. Fight them. Then theres nothing anyone can say about it

Was he banned for this particular thread?.
If so seems a bit strong to me.
Regardless of what you may think of his personal character, opinions or posting style, I can't see anything actually worthy that he's done wrong here in this thread to deserve a ban..unless there's something I'm missing.

I thought banning was for out and out trolling (fine line between that and continued strong opinion). Or race hate etc

Things like this can be a bit of a slippery slope..

EDIT. Not that it matters but for the record, Tyistall's opinions on most things happen to be the polar opposite of mine.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fury lied about suffering from depression, or at least exaggerated it significantly. I've had people say they were depressed when actually they were sad, which is very stupid because it's like saying that being groped is the same as being violently rapped.
