Because he failed a drug test.
 If it's not serious then it wouldn't be banned.
Yes, that's what I said. It's been known about for a decade now.

Right, and when fighters in California fail a test for that, they didn't get suspended. See - California "knew". Nevada "didn't" which is precisely why he was suspended. Because they "didn't" know about the meat problem. If they did, like they did in California, he wouldn't have got suspended, comprende?

The WADA allows trace amounts. If it was serious, they wouldn't allow trace amounts.

Right and that's about as long as Mexican fighters have been getting drug tested. This has likely been a hidden secret for years that go back decades and decades - Mexican fighters eating meat and benefitting from trace amounts of clenbuterol.

Canelo is a free agent working with Hearn now on a fight by fight basis. They clearly like him and why wouldn’t they having worked with De La Hoya’s Golden Boy. Cross dressing does not go down well in the boxing community in Mexico.

So maybe Clenelo needs to drug himself up someplace where he's safe from being bust.

And yet CLENelo got suspended

Good point you make, that trace amounts of clenbuterol can improve performance. No wonder CLENelo was on it.

Canelo is essentially a free agent.

"Drugging" himself up by ordering Meat at restaurants? Here's the "Doing drugs" party: (a.k.a. eating at a restaurant)

    https://www.boxingnewsonline.net/bn/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Canelo-Alvarez-and-Bill-Clinton.jpg

Because Nevada didn't know about the meat contamination problem in Mexico, the problem that you said everyone knew about. And round and round we go.

The goal of training is to get into shape so you can perform at your best. Eating meat is not an act of taking drugs or using a banned substance. If a banned substance is unknowingly in some of the meat, that's not a fighter's fault. He's simply eating the meat that's provided to him. The disconnect here is you trying to make the normal process of "eating meat" an offense.

It's not, that's why trace amounts of clenbuterol does not result in a suspension. It didn't in states that were aware of the problem, like Califonia back when Canelo was suspended in Nevada. But now Nevada is aware of it, as they weren't before, resulting in trace amounts now being allowed. Because they recognized that testing for trace amounts of clenbuterol isn't an act of cheating or the fault of Mexican fighters. But you're still living in ignorance, and not recognizing the problem.

You know what this game is like. All the contrived beef in the world is soon forgotten about when there's money to be made. Look at Haye and Chisora.

Eddie is good for his fighters: they fight in hometown, protected, away corner guys are having rematch clauses. If possible: one sided clauses.
Eddie is guy who made 32 y.o Whyte vs old Povetkin with rematch clauses in stuff he before called eliminator.
Cool PROTECTOR eddie toghether with Al protects also A.J etc fighters.

So a picture of a restaurant exonerates a PED user now? Damn, what a pity nobody else ever thought of that

Do drugs, get suspended. CLENelo was lucky he got it so lenient.

Yes it is his fault. It's especially his fault if his family is a family with butchers in it and it's ten times his fault if he's got more money than Croesus and can order tested Kobe beef straight from Japan flown in.

It is an offence if it's been marinaded in clenbuterol.
The problem is that Canelo roided his brains out on clenbuterol and then blamed the meat.
