Thing is with Bowe's incredibly leaky defense, even if he won, there would be a terrible price to pay. We can see how bad Bowe's speech and motor skills are now and that's in spite of the fact he fought a fairly safe selection of opponents and didn't face too many big hitters. This would literally be a life changing event for Bowe regardless of the outcome. He simply has no other options but to slug it out with his heavy weight and front footed aggressive style.

Pre Zaire Foreman likely climbs off the floor to win an incredible brawl. Post Zaire Foreman was more unsure of himself and less aggressive so he could let victory slip out of his grasp.

Foreman would end up taking Bowe out in a troublesome brawl. Bowe has the skills and fighting spirit to hang with Foreman for a stretch but he was too hittable. Foreman would be gradually getting the better of the action as Bowe got progressively more hurt until the end.

I have to go with Foreman by KO. One thing is for sure: scheduling it for 15 rounds is unnecessary. Almost no way in hell it goes 10.

Bowe showed the ability to absorb tremendous punishment and hang tough. Holyfield 1,2,3 Golota 1,2 although I do believe he wanted out in first Golota bout. If he can absorb Foreman for first 3 rounds and Foreman gasses he has a shot to win.

Bowe is tough and durable but he’s never seen anything like ‘73 Foreman. That monster will sleep Bowe in under 5 rounds. Bowe had average defense at best and he loves fighting inside, that’s suicidal against George. A Foreman uppercut will end this.

This would be a brutal affair and an unforgettable war that I cannot see going past 6 rounds, I think George forces the ref to save a very brave Bowe too prideful to concede from a life altering beating.

Bowe would rock Foreman hard, and might knock him down. They both had big hearts. Bowe would have been well off if he stuck with the jab, but he liked to fight too much. Foreman would knock him silly in 6 at the very latest...I just can't see Bowe staying away long enough.
