Absolutely gutted by this one. Marvin Hagler is literally the reason I watch boxing, he's the reason why I like southpaws. he's the reason I sparred righty and lefty. He's the reason my name is Northpaw.................RIP

You're letting grief cloud your judgement. That's understandable. But unrealistic. Prime GGG would certainly be a serious threat to Hagler, maybe favourite to best him.

They are both in my top 5 ever at 160. Whoever would’ve won would go through hell to get it, it’s a trilogy kind of match up imo

    Gone too soon.

Thought Marvin would be around for a long time to come, this will take some time to sink in.

R.I.P. to one of the greatest of all time.

RIP a Marvelous one. I watched every fight (the televised ones) when I was a kid and rooted for Hagler ever time. A consummate professional with the heart of a lion. Very sad to hear of his passing.

Still having difficulty processing this news a day after it broke.

66 is way to young to die.

We've lost one of the five greatest middleweights and 50 greatest fighters to have ever laced them up.

    WAR Hagler. Rest easy.

In an interview he said he did not feel robbed when he drew with Antuofermo because he had fought against a true warrior. Hagler was great even in this.

At the risk of sounding biased or reactive (although I've been saying this for years) - I'm very comfortable saying 3, not 5.
