He looked far better than he did against Parker imo. He was pretty poor and pedestrian in that fight. Thing about Joshua is when it gets put on him again how will he handle it? Since the Wlad fight he doesn't like it. Parker fight he had a ref help him out when it got slightly tough. You can see in the Ruiz 1 fight Joshua looked at the ref as of to say aren't you going to stop him hitting me? Even Pulev had him a bit edgy at one point.
This always makes me smile. Did you see how much Parker hated getting into a rough fight with Whyte? Parker has no real edge to him, he’s pedestrian and was more than happy for the ref to keep him away from Joshua. In my option, the ref hurt AJ more in that fight as he couldn’t let his uppercut go inside.
In theory, you might be right. But in the actual reality of the fight, the referee seemed to jump in every time Parker looked like he might have some success coming forward. This video certainly has an agenda to push, but it's hard to argue with the footage : This content is protected
It's a fair point but i think Parker was game but you could see it fade away bit by bit as he realised he wasn't allowed to fight. The ref even let AJ call his own timeouts. He clearly had instructions imo. It reminded me of how the ref affected Pulev v Chisora, you could see the fight drain from Chisora as he realised he wasn't allowed to fight.
They are all attention seekers. At the moment he's rated among the best 2 in the world so he's got our attention anyway.
If he wins - ‘I was drinking 12 pints a day and still won’ If he loses - ‘I was drinking, wasn’t in the right frame of mind’ etc.

As @nurological pointed out, the ref ruined that Parker fight. It was absolute garbage. I agree that Joshua has always been a good boxer but his boxing IQ has definitely increased. I'd have Fury as favourite but I think this will undoubtedly be his hardest most dangerous fight. It would not shock me at all if Joshua found that chin.
What shocks me most is the choice of Whisky there. Guys a multi millionaire and he's trying to have us believe he's drinking something you can pick up at the Spar. I bet his cupboards are full of Pot Noodles and Penguin bars!
I think having watched the videos and the further tweets its a (poor) attempt at mind games Meanwhile AJ is appearing on videos and seems pretty focused tbh Road to undisputed I dont think he will 'mentally expose' him at all in the build up - it plays to a certain narrative, will delight his fans, but I dont believe AJ will be fazed as he will expect it - how can he not after Batman?! Just want the fight and date announced
