You've hit the nail on the head.

At HW I like to support British fighters, but this whole situation is such an obvious case corruption in boxing and the powers that be shitting on an eastern-euro fighter because they can.
And yet you have boxing fans pointing the finger at Usyk. The double standard from some fans is disheartening to say the least.

    1. the last WBO mandatory fight: Sep 2017 (Hughie Fury v Parker)

    2. Usyk steps up and is installed as mandatory: Jun 2019 (note: Whyte is told he won't get to fight Usyk for the position)

    3. Frank Warren gets the WBO to install Daniel Dubois at #2!?

    4. The WBO not only are refusing to enforce their mandatory with Joshua. But are now making Usyk fight what is in affect a final eliminator (something they denied Whyte)

    5. If the WBO don't enforce/strip Joshua, and leave it until after undisputed it will be over 4 years since a WBO mandatory challenged for the HW title.

So, Who benefits from Usyk being pushed aside?
    Joshua (Eddie Hearn)
    Fury (Frank Warren)
    Joyce (Frank Warren)
    WBO ($¥¢€£)

So is Usyk ducking Joyce? No, of course not.
Is the WBO helping Joshua duck Usyk? Quite clearly yes.

TLDR: The WBO are a joke, and anyone defending their nonsense to point the finger at Usyk needs their heads examined.

Usually fans in forums does not value even all division : CW division, the most competitive division in boxing.
Because this " it's not heavyweight " regardless fact that even U.S boxers had proved here both; balls and courage level.
God looks that will not gave this competition level with huge number of unpredictable fights to HW division.
"Elite division to be boring division ".

And the rest. 60/40 with the bigger share going to Usyk because of being the bigger name. Hasn’t Usyk got a new manager, could be him as it’s a ****ish move and Usyks a nice guy

What people seem to be completely oblivious of is that when he fought Chisora he was one year out of the ring. Not only that but in the past two years prior to Chisora he had only fought 6-7 rounds (Witherspoon). Taking this into account and the fact Chisora was his first true challenge at HW, people have been way too quick to judge (as always with the childlike mentality from boxing fans).

Now although Whyte did lay out Chisora, Chisora was winning that fight and if not for that awful point deduction, Chisora may not have been desperate and end up getting KOd. Usyk won 9 out of 12 rounds against Chisora (anyone who thinks it was even remotely close needs their heads checked), who absolutely dwarfed him in there.

Yet no credit for Usyk despite Fury and Joshua often having a significant weight advantage over their opponents (ie 10-30lbs)

I don't think Usyk really wants to fight Joyce. At this stage Usyk has had over 300 amateur bouts, 18 professional fights and he's 34 years old. He didn't look as fast against Chisora as in the WSB: some of this due to the aging process, some due to the extra weight he's carrying and some due to what looked like a deliberately small ring. Joyce lost a 5 round fight to Usyk in the WSB but Joyce turned pro very late and has improved more than Usyk during this time and he gave Usyk a better fight than most of the other big men. And this won't be 5 rounds but a 12 round fight and probably in Britain. We saw what happened with Chisora: he won 2-3 rounds but was given 5 by two of the judges, looking to protect AJ from Usyk down the line. This means that in rounds where Joyce is the aggressor and Usyk fights on the outside landing 1-2 more punches, Joyce probably gets given the round. If Joyce legitimately wins 4-5, do not be at all surprised if he's gifted the win.

And Joyce has several big advantages over most other heavyweights in the division: he's a genuine super-heavy, very experienced, technically sound, iron-jawed, strong willed, has a tremendous gas tank and is a bigger puncher than Usyk. He won't go hard for 2 rounds and then gas out like Chisora, reduced to fighting in bursts for the remainder. He's going to be pressuring Usyk for 12 rounds or as long as it goes, ripping shots to the body to slow Usyk down, roughing him up the clinches and not caring what comes back at him, so I wouldn't be surprised if Joyce managed to knock Usyk down a la Beterbiev or even stop him. Usyk will be considerably faster, less defensively open and has a good chin and excellent gas tank in his own right but even if this goes 12 rounds and Usyk wins a decision, I doubt he will be quite the same fighter going forward. He's going to have to sustain a lot of punishment whatever happens and that's not good at his age and given his prior wear and tear. Hence why Usyk would rather sit on his mandatory position or fight someone less dangerous, like Joseph Parker.

If the odds are good, I'll hedge it going the distance with Joyce by KO.

People in forums seriously undervalue all CW division boxers.
& One example from U.S : Tabiti. He traveled to Russia and they gave him to fight with 27 y.o 23-0-0 pro record boxer.
Instead of old out of prime uncles beatup, cans crushing and mismatched short notice opponents beatup, thing more common in boxing and sadly appreciated by a lot of fans.
He get chance to fight vs Dorticos for IBF World Title. Cool fight.
Now looks this was his last fight since 2019-06-15.
Looks for career usually better might be beat up bums, old fighters etc to get appreciated and valued highly in forums.
Usyk is from Ukraine and therefore a lot of forums posters will not gave him any credit. EE country, that's it.

Usyk now is also boxing promoter.
I think he did enough and if someone didn't appreciated his achievements, then no one next achievement might change this. Plain and simple.

CW boxers had been undervalued and underappreciated during last decade. It's puny CW etc remarks in forums.
Despite they almost always are larger than Patterson or Marciano, they are called as puny CW etc alike.

Fighters who clean out a division are always possible mandatories at the next weight up.

It's a bit early to evaluate Usyk's HW credentials, but he definitely deserves his ranking.

Haye got a title shot one fight after moving up, and Monte Barrett was a lesser challenge than DelBoy.

    Well, is isn't from Ukraine.
Crawford had exactly WBO title shot in FIRST fight after he moved up, no one in forum had problems with this.
    He isn't from Ukraine.
Plain and simple, fighters are treated depending from their origin.
