again anyone who thinks wlad is boring he has a 90% ko rating.. and those are usually brutal one shot KO's
klit rocked peter w/ a left hook late in the fight and dominated the last 5 rounds.. far from just surviving
Well, if you think Wlad is an exciting fighter simply because of a KO ratio, you are entitled to your opinion. I don't find him particularly exciting. And if I'm not mistaken, Wlad has 45 KOs in 51 wins, no? That is less than 90% last time I checked. :smoke
it's funny that many people said that Klitschko would get KOed if Thompson only landed a few punches.... yet Thompson did land a few flush shots and Wlad didn't even blink. Oh yeah, of course, Thompson is now featherfisted lol
This is a little disengenous. Many of us were calling Thompson light-hitting in the past weeks, including me. I said a KO win for Thompson was "not posisble" because of his derth in power.
Wlad dominated Peter for about 33 of the 36 mintues of the fight. He gave Peter a boxing lesson and gave him the beating of his life. Klit had a little puffiness over his left eye. Aside from the last minute of the fifth round and tenth round, Wlad clowned Peter.
Fair enough. But how do you go from having a sound and fair assessment of Wlad to the "sack of ****" nonsense you began this thread with?
Thats not true, Wlad looked scared the majority of the fight. I thought I was watching the animal planet after a few rounds in, Wlad being the prey, and Peter being the Predator. The only thing that kept Wlad from being mauled was the excessive holding he did thoughout the fight, which helped to stop Peter's onslaught in it's tracks. Even though Wlad won, he certainly didnt walk away without feeling the power of a very green and raw Sam Peter.
:happy I hope the **** does fight Haye. One ****ing shot & Manny will be crying over his corpse. :yep
all the heavyweights these days bore the **** out of us!!wlad keeps winning cause of the lack of talent in the division....six years ago lewis would lay wlad out on his back..
