Terence Crawford says Errol Spence Jr. Fight "Will Never Happen" (Video)

As a fan disgusted with politics, I'm almost giddy at the thought of UFC and extreme sports taking the casuals away from boxing. The powerbrokers in boxing deserve to be broke and should be putting on the fights we want to see to make us stay.

 

Why can't the big fight (s) at 147 happen? First I heard that Crawford vs Pacquiao will take place this year but it's just a rumour. Now Crawford said that his fight against Spence will never happen. O.K. I would suggest all of you to hang them up. If you don't wanna fight each other that's fine.

 

70-30? Spence asking for this is proof he doesn't want to fight Bud.

 

No it’s his A-side credentials and prerogatives. If you want to become the A side then defeat the A side like Floyd did with Arturo Gatti and Oscar de La Hoya. If Bud was confident he will take the 30% which incidentally will pocket him $10-15 Million then he can write his own ticket for the rest of his career. Currently he can’t draw flies. He better bite because in 2 more fights Spence moves up to pursue Canelo and the likes then Bud is out forever.

Really? It took Porter and Danny Garcia nearly THREE YEARS to get a fight with Spence even though they were all signed with the same guy. The "signing with Arum" thing is merely another excuse. IF Spence wanted to make the fight he could

 

And the goal post just keep moving. First it was 60/40 and then when it appeared that Crawford might actually take that split, PBC and Spence started the 70/30 or 80/20 nonsense. Apparently Spence wants to make sure losing is zero is worth it. He could not get a fight with Ugas scheduled fast enough....because he is sure he can beat Ugas.

 

Yeah because belt holders always fight each other with a 70-30 split. BHAHAHAHA. Funny how the 70/30 became the new goal after it appeared Crawford would take the 60/40 split. IF Spence thought he could beat Crawford he would have made the fight in a minute (Kind of like he is doing with Ugas now that he and Haymon got Pac moved out of the way without having to fight him

 

70-30 is so stupid an offer. Crawford is the World Champion like Spence. It's unacceptable.

He rejected 60:40 saying it had to be 50:50. Spence told him the offers would only go down. Now it’s 70:30. If he does not bite soon it will go down to 80:20. There is now a limited window for this fight. When Spence takes the WBA belt from Ugas this Summer then Bud better bite or Spence moves up take up bigger fights.
