I have to say Andy Ruiz facing a shot Arreola is barely headline worthy, let alone headline of a PPV worthy. Ruiz ate himself out of his HW titles, and for me is done as an elite HW. If you cant get yourself up for defending your world titles, you cant get yourself up for anything.
