After his shaky performance last night, questions must be raised about his mandible.

I think we might be looking at a episode of shattered glass in the not-too-distant future.

In the eyes of alot of boxing fans, being hurt or dropped by a low level opponent means you are chinny. Doesn't matter how good the shot was or how hard the puncher hits.

His chin is still yet to be tested. If you think last night was a test then he done bloody well because about 10 seconds later he won by KO.

He got tagged by a 250 pound Molina and responded by ko'ing him ok Molina might have decided to give up, but recorded as KO.

Wardley might be packing glass in his jaw, time will tell, However Clay got put on silly street by Cooper a domestic level boxer who weighed 21 pounds less than him, this being just prior to Clay facing and beating the big bad bear Liston, no one could say that Clay/Ali had suspect jaw.

If he's getting wobbled by mediocre journeymen like Molina that's a far bigger concern than being wobbled by a decent contender like Henry Cooper.

Time will tell, but Wardley's whiskers look fragile to me.

He got wobbled by a mediocre journeyman, who also happens to be quite heavy handed, especially when he can hit his opponent's flush. That being said, Wardley getting rocked as badly as he did sent red flags up for me as well.:sisi1

I guess for me it’s not that he got clipped, it’s how he got clipped. First time watching Wardley and I simply do not understand the low lead hand style. You better be special if want to get away fighting that style and he’s not special. If Molina is timing him with a lead right hand, he’d better think twice about continuing with that approach or he is going to get absolutely detonated, and it’s not a matter of if but when.

Bottom line is that you too see Wardley's whiskers as questionable. As should everyone.

He stayed up which was encouraging, that was a pretty good shot!

The real problem is that he froze for multiple rounds when faced with the competent defense and countering of Molina. Then his solution after freezing was standing in and trading with a slow non-athletic opponent who can only punch hard. Didn't really do any problem solving to get through, just went from deer in the headlights to moose jumping through the windshield.

It reminded me of Dubois trying to same tactics and getting the same bad result over and over, it's not losing to Joyce or getting clipped by Molina that's the problem, it's the instincts shown.

Wardley just looks like he's going to get badly hurt and I don't want to watch that.

His amateur career consisted of four white collar fights and he just fought Eric Molina in his 11th pro outing. With the exception of Hrgovic who fought Molina in his 10th pro fight and had close to 100 amateur fights, and the guy who stopped Molina in both their pro debuts, everyone else who has beaten Molina had between 17-35 fights and were either Olympians, Olympic medalists or had extensive amateur careers. Molina might have been cursed with frail old lady whiskers but he's mixed in good company and has fought AJ, Hrgovic, The Tuscaloser, Adamek, Arreola, DaVarryl Williamson and Breazeale and like CST said he can crack a bit so it was big step up for Wardley on paper.

Wardley has gone down the sparring route to try and gain experience, sharing a ring with the likes of Fury, AJ, Usyk, Whyte, Hrgovic, Okolie, Chisora, and Dubois to name but a few but he still makes a lot of mistakes because of his hands down reflex based style and lack of actual real fighting experience. He actually got caught with quite a few decent shots from Molina but that one right hand in particular was a really good shot that would've dropped a lot of HWs if not knocked them out and he walked right into it too. Hopefully he will learn not to be so careless in future. But I think his biggest weakness is he worships at the altar of a false idol and the undisputed king of glass Roid Jones Jr.

He said: “When I am not training I sit at home watching videos of guys like Roy Jones Jr and Floyd Mayweather, especially their footwork and movement.

“I then try it in the gym and I love that aspect of it, the trial and error, the learning. My coaches also let me do it, I think a lot of gyms would try to train it out out of me.

“They tried to teach me from the textbook, the basic stance and style, but it just never worked and everything else has fallen into place.”

Didn't get wobbled as badly as Beyonce did by Molina so safe to say he can become world champ despite his poor mandible
