Miike is tall, lean, agile, left handed, hard to hit, quick, and a real artist in the ring with infinitely better footwork. OBVIOUSLY the better athlete

Jake is short, stumpy, heavy footed, slow and a real sitting duck as Mike hits him from all sides. How can he hope to compete?

Nunn can’t come out for the 9th, barely survives the 8th. LaMotta applies the pressure and it is to much for Nunn.

Nunn wins whilst thinking the whole time what he’s gonna eat for supper when he gets home, easy work

Second to Robinson gets stopped late. Lamotta was very good.

Jake gets way too many ko’s in matchups for someone with a low ko%

Hard to say. LaMotta was a big middleweight, and most likely greater than the sum of his parts. His rather awkward, pressing style served him very well.

Nunn had all the tools, but sometimes he didn't fight that smart. He was taken awfully close by Iran Barkley for example, where on paper he should have won comfortably.

Jake would have to get him late in a 15 rounder,,could happen though

    I’d favour Nunn by UD.

    A Nunn KO is fanciful.

Tough fight for Nunn but one he's definitely capable of winning by either late stoppage, with Jake on his feet obviously, or points win. But it's by no means a easy fight for either man.

Did you mean to type Nunn is a big middleweight? Lamotta was 5'8 at best with a 67 inch reach. He did struggle to make 160 but he was making 160 in the same day weigh in era and after reading Raging Bull, I am under the impression that he didn't lead a very spartan lifestyle which lead to his weight troubles.

Nunn on the other hand, had every physical advantage over Lamotta like height and reach not to mention he was way faster. I admire and respect Lamotta's toughness but he was not a big hitter and I don't see him out pointing Nunn. His only chance is to wear Nunn out with relentless pressure but I just don't see it.

I have Nunn winning by a clean UD.

Nunn in an uncomfortable points win
