100% mate. Sadly I was gutted in how she acted after the loss to Rachel Ball. The sulking, the denial, the mental health card being played, comments not being allowed on YouTube videos etc. Then we had the historical tweets... my personal experiences of her have not changed at all and I happily defended her in the past. However she has come across in public over the last 6-9 months as somewhat of a knob. The gutsy loss to Ball could’ve been spun so positively but the way Matchroom and her management allowed her to act and be perceived has made her a figure of hate. It’s a shame but she’s an adult and our behaviour has consequences.
I don’t get why she calls herself the baby faced assassin when she looks about 40. Proper rough paper round.
Bridges on top at the gloves are off. Courtenay rattled and seething for most of it and I enjoyed when Bridges told the truth about Shannon's opponents then followed it up with 'I am going to feck you up'
The question is, will Adam Smith release them from his cellar in time for the fight? I have my doubts.
To be fair to Adam Smith he knows his boxing and asked good questions during the face off. He’s much better at that than commentary. Courtenay was clearly riled up. She should win this fight as she has more experience but both her and her team haven’t acted well in the build up to this fight. Their emotions could stop them from winning.
With respect, being the "fit one" in women's boxing isn't a reason to boast But I understand what you're saying, yeah she don't like playing second fiddle. But Shannon is disliked immensely outside the Matchroom cult and when she wins tomorrow night (I have no doubt she'll win) she'll be even more unbearable.
That is why I put the quotation brackets lol. Both are rough as ****. Strangely a few nice ones in UFC
Hahahahahahahahah Yeah the UFC women are far better looking, I personally have a crush on Valentina Shevchenko
