    Going against the grain here but I don’t like people getting things they don’t deserve. Smith’s comment of not much footage of her said it all. If she hasn’t got the record, there’s not much footage and Hearn wasn’t there live to watch her fights, how the hell can she be put into a title fight? Saved by the bell once or twice there but it won’t be the last we see of Bridges. Glad Courtney won

    My comment was about how the statement that she “turned her life around” is a bit OTT. As you pointed out yourself the majority of youths in Britain have drunk themselves into a coma at some point.

    Boxing never “saved her” as she and Sky like to proclaim. She just matured.
