If Hearn was confident, the fight would of happened already. Tyson Fury is not a hard fighter to negotiate with. He's a fighting man that wants to fight. He fought Wladimir when wladimir was a dominant champion. He then fought Wilder when Wilder was being talked about as the most explosive champion. Both times he done it before Joshua. There's a reason why Fury does it before Joshua.
