DD loses to Joyce and all of a sudden he's a "bum" who will get easily beaten by Whyte SMH

I think after 1-2 confidence builders, DD would be very competitive with Whyte.

I think Whyte destroys Dubois and also destroys Joyce.

There is absolutely no proof that Povetkin had Covid. Do you believe every press release from a boxer's management team, or just when it suits?

    Charming, as usual.

There isn't a modicum of proof that he was hospitalised for it, peabrain.

Agreed. Difficult to gauge his real level prior to Joyce because he'd been in fairly easy fights. I think Joyce's experience basically was the difference. He had a fantastic gameplan and executed it really well.

Joyce is also really highly rated by other fighters. That's always a good sign.

Joyce certainly fought better than Povetkin in that fight but Dubois was very easy to hit, he couldn`t seem to move his head to evade shots, Whyte uses a high guard, Dubois` corner told him nothing.

Yes of course he's a big guy.

But he's not physically imposing, for some reason in the ring he appears smaller than he is.

Power wise, there isn't that pop, it's all one pace and telegraphed. Yes, he had the power that all the big guys have but is it anything Whyte hasn't seen before? No.

Dubois isn`t a bum but he`s green and on the evidence of what Whyte did to Povetkin probably too green to beat Whyte, I`m not sure that Dubois can beat Povetkin.

Whyte has seen that power before and been floored by it and stopped by it, are you trying to say Whyte has the chin to take Dubois` power because Dubois couldn`t stop Joyce? Joyce is 6`6 that`s why Dubois looked a bit small and he only has a 78 inch reach, which is the sme as Ali`s, Joyce`s 80 1/2 inch jab was the difference, Dubois had no idea how to beat a longer fighter and get past the longer jab the way Mike Tyson used to.

    Agree and disagree.

I think Joyce would grind Whyte down. He'd eat some big shots early on but the guys chin is 10/10.

Joyce would use his jab, he has a better jab than Whyte.

He only has a 78 inch reach and couldn`t cope with a 801/2inch jab in his face, Fury would have jabbed him silly.
