The first boxer that comes to mind for me is Micky Ward

 

Maidana had a few of them. The Cayo one is a good shout, but my favorite is his destruction of Martinez. Be sure to watch the replay for a better angle:

The best ones are where the ones being stopped are in physical agony. There are few examples better than Hatton's vicious stoppage over Freddie Pendleton (skip to 15:10):

Relikh had a rib-crunching knockout over Gilchrist awhile back. You can hear Gilchrist grunt after he catches a left hook:

I have more, but these are some of the best examples. I also loved Kessler's straight right hand knockout over Magee. Great shot.

 

I wouldn't mind, though it seems unlikely he will ever have the proper motivation. Maybe he can entice Matthysse out of retirement so they can both make a little extra cash.

 

He's not a classic fighter (yet) but that Inoue kid is a savage body puncher.
