This is the right opponent for DD imo. Hopefully he gets some rounds in.

Not a terrible opponent coming off a loss in all honesty. Dinu has some ability, but when someone puts it on him he shits his pants and loses.

The WBA sneaking Dinu into the top 15 let alone the No. 2 spot is one of the most deceptive things I've ever seen. What a sham of an organisation. It's official. They're worse than the WBC in the rat race to the bottom of boxing legitimacy.

He should not seek a rematch with Joe Joyce as it’s not a fight he can ever win.

Dubois really needs to work on his jab, and his infighting and his head movement most of all. He has so much potential and gave Joyce a somewhat competitive fight despite not really being sound with his boxing at all.

If he ever fights Joyce again his best bet is to just get up close and unload combinations to the body and uppercuts. Joyce was looking relaxed at range in those early rounds but when the few times Dubois mustered up the courage to just take it to him, Joyce looked uncomfortable and those body shots troubled Joyce, the more Dubois did that the less Joyce jabbed and tried to bonce on his toes and clinch. But most of the fight was Dubois staying at range getting grinded down because he was getting picked off which further led Dubois to avoid swapping hands. I think that with the right gameplan, he could beat Joyce. They were not on 2 different levels. It was a case of inexperience vs seasoned. Man vs Boy

Good on him for bouncing back against someone solid. Glad he’s not completely discouraged or mentally broken from his loss

Dubois smashes Dinu within 4 rounds, it's good to see Dubois back in the ring this is his chance to get back on track...

Sorry but I don’t think he can beat Joyce at all in a month of Sundays. What Dubois needs to do is learn his trade properly I agree with you on that. Joyce beat him without having to up his game. Practically beat him with his jab and some movement because it was working. Also Dubois needs to work on his conditioning because he was blowing and struggled to fight 3 minutes in the rounds.

No the times he let his hands go he did fine against joyce but he was reluctant to get past his jab. He did it a few times but he has 0 head movement.

It's a very long road back for Dubois. I do think think he's euro level. There's a reason why some promoters bring there fighters along very slowly. He shouldn't have been in there with a guy like Joyce at this stage of his career.
