-Current boxrec top 50, aside from Gerald Washington, Ahio, Fa (all close fights) & Browne. - Fedosov, Sirenko, Vykhryst, Dinu, Jalolov, Dawejko for sure. The other guys in top 100 are probably evenly matched, I would favour a lot of guys over Allen. Lenroy Thomas already beat him, Rudenko, Kevin Johnson, Jonathan Rice, Rodney Hernandez, Bermane Stiverne etc are all close fights, thats Allens level I would say
Dave Allen would probably beat... Kean, Dinu, Dawejko, Johnson, Duhaupas, Bryan, Zhang, McKean, Chaney and possibly Gorman. Fights with Breazeale, Washington, Ahio, Fa, Demirezen, Wach, Hammer, Rice, Takam and even Helenius are 50/50. Which means, he's in the mix in the 25-50 range.
You are overestimating him. He beat Browne (who possibly took a dive), lost to Lenroy Thomas, had a war with an Argentinian journeyman etc. David Price outboxed him with ease. Takam would beat him to a pulp, come oj now.
i wouldn't think so. gallen is tough and game, but (pedigree aside) just look at the two standing next to each other...
browne is a good guy but this is terribly embarrassing for him. i though he'd be better prepared than what resulted.
