All depends if you count the regular title as a world title belt. Browne is and always has been garbage though.

WBA (regular) has never been a world title. They changed from WBA World Championship to WBA (super) and WBA (regular). A governing body can't have two world titles. Why would WBA have two, WBC have one, IBF have one and WBO have one? It's incredible how many fans have been duped by the wording. It is not required to be undisputed and look at who has held the belt. Nobody cares about it. Browne said in the pre-fight "head to head" with Gallen that this is the same belt Ali, Lewis and Holyfield have had. It's not. They held the WBA World Championship belt before this was introduced.
He's not. He won the "regular" title, when Tyson Fury held the WBA "super" (i.e. legitimate world) title. Browne was doping and got stripped of said "regular" belt also
Yes, like all top level professional athletes. He obviously was not powerful enough to have the financial resources to afford a sophisticated "medical team" and/or big shot management to hand out the brown paper envelopes in advance to doping control in the form of "charitable donations". Surely you're not wet enough behind the ears to think that the current big boys are not enjoying the finest hot sauce?
As if boxing didn't already have enough problems, these novelty/comeback/YouTube fights are a separate cancer. The ridiculous is becoming the norm. Every world champion will soon have the luxury of picking 'celebrities' over contenders. If it make more money, what's stopping it?
