Fights you have intentionally avoided watching

Little Red was the only idol I will ever have in my life. He was my favorite fighter when I was 6 or 7 years old.
He lost to Chacon and it took me years to forgive Chacon. I might have forgiven Sanchez when Arguello knocked him out but he took the easy way out.

 

You take it that seriously? I mean, there's plenty of fights I can think of where the guy I was rooting for lost, but I figure it fair most of the time. You have a circle of fighters, and they all lose, and they all win.

 

I don’t know about the cause but the symptoms are evident in your posts.

 

Mayweather vs McGregor
Paul vs Askrin
Fenech vs Nelson 3
Tyson vs RJJ

just that type of stuff is the stuff I don’t care about

Leonard/Hagler. I never felt comfortable watching that fight. It stunk to high heaven. A great man got ripped off. That title meant everything to that guy. Fuk that pissant.

Maybe it was good Marvin Hagler didn't have a funeral. When nobody was watching The pissant would sneak a couple more punches.

I'll never watch it again unless I could watch it with Richard Steele.

Its hard on the eyes. Chuck wasn't very good. Ali/Spinks 1 is an embarrassing night. Qq

 

I generally avoid James Toney after Roy Jomes and his light heavy fights with Griffith.. He was going through the motions. He didn't throw punches.
Johnny Tapia after Ayala. His performances were of a guy imitating a boxer

 

He was crossing himself on the way in.

 

I didn't see Holmes get hit with much of anything at all. Are you sure you have your bifocals on viewing that one.

My first name really is Steven and my surname does begin with a 'G' What a great imagination I have,eh ?

Those Conteh and Honeyghan losses were painful ! After John giving Saad a real battle in their first bout,it was terrible to see him have no resistance at all in the return. Likewise Honeyghan with Breland. Even Mark's lighter punches seemed to be hurting Lloyd.
