no he shouldnt ought to usyk couldnt come close to stop him whye couldnt stop him in first fight vitali couldnt stop him dell boy is as tough as old boots!
I highly doubt it as I expect an ugly and rugged fight in typical Del Boy fashion. Parker doesn’t have that dog in him to go for the KO but I do feel that he will win a decision. If he did he would have finished off Dillian Whyte but he didn’t have that second gear to do it.
It'll need to be a transformed Paint Dry. He barely hurt Junior Fa in his last outing. And Chisora takes some shifting.
Parker needs to stop Chisora if he wants to regain credibility as a top contender. He has done nothing of note for the last few years. A big win here gets Parker back in the mix for big fights, a loss would be a major set back.
Actually, I have a strange feeling Parker may do exactly this. Parker's chance for a big comeback - and this may well showcase his very best. Let's hope my feeling is correct
Rounds 1-3 Chisora comes out blazing, tags Parker up for 3 rounds with heavy shots, but nothing that puts Parker in danger. Joe fights off the back foot, utilizing his speed against the much slower Chisora. Long, heavy hard shots to the body are starting to slow Chisora, so Chisora tries to keep the fight at short range. Rounds 4-5 Chisora gets overconfident after roughing Parker up with his usual game tactics. After landing a couple of shots he overextends on a lazy hook (see the Usyk fight). Parker takes the opportunity and loads off a 3 piece combo. Delboy is visibly wobbled but stays on his feet. Parker slaps him around with accumulative shots for the remainder of the round. Round 6 Del Boy is gassed and understands he wouldn't make the 12 anyway so comes out trying to nail Parker. Chisora charges forward with hands down, Joe nails him with a right hand on the equilibrium, and down goes Chisora. Chisora tries to get back to his feet, but doesn't make the count. KO 6 Chisora gets praise for a valiant effort and retirement is questioned - Chisora brushes it off for the next war/paycheck. "I love to fight. Joe did the job and was the better man. He can go back to Australia and relax..." Parker calls out Whyte, Joshua and Ruiz for a rematch. NZ praises Andy Lee and wishes Parker had made the change some time ago. -- That is, all based on the assumption that Parker has some sort of drive back in his motor... If he comes with the same enthusiasm as the Fa fight, expect a 115-113 decision in his favour.
