I believe Parker wins, simply because the change of trainer, Parker looked like he had become lazy, disinterested and actually looked out of love with boxing Andy Lee isn't a muppet, I am sure he is going to be one hell of a trainer, I honestly think Lee would have changed quite a bit in very quick time, especially his mentality. If Parkers attitude was off, he wasn't putting it in, Lee wouldn't have had anything to do with him, Lee strikes me as no nonsense in that sense, a real pro. We all know what Chisora is going to do, he isn't a riddle, he is going to plod forward, be bullish and try to grind Parker down. I don't think he can if Parker is anything like the fighter he was against AJ or Ruiz Jr, not exactly great performances but far better than his latest against Fa. He hasn't shown that type of form in a while but if (like I believe) he has returned to that somewhat, he will have a little too much all around for 37 year old, battle worn Chisora.
Chisora will maul Parker, and yes stop Parker. But.... Usyk rocked Chisora!!! Yeah well, Fa rocked Parker about 10 times. Sorry Joe, I'm done with you. No more chances. Parker doesn't have a heart for the sport anymore, and whatever is left of his heart will be eaten by Delboy.
My head says @CST80 is on the money but heart wants @Kiwi_in_America to be right. If we go by the facts, when was the last Top 15 opponent Parker knocked out? Final prediction: Parker UD because even without the much needed killer instinct, he still has a granite chin. Edit I meant @kiwi_boxer but I think ya'll think alike anyway heh.
Couldn't stop Junior Fa, Couldn't stop Cojanu No chance he stops Chisora. Unless, Andy Lee has a big impact on him and gets him to be more aggressive and assertive in the ring Parker cruises through most fights...
Look, i don't want to be too harsh but your writing above is just wikicapping. Styles make fights. Cojanu was ko'd by Luis Ortiz while going for it a bit more and he changed his style completly. He ran for his life against Parker, Gorman and Ajagba. He's decent in surviving because he's big and can spoil. He went 9 rounds with Ajagba and both 12 with Parker and Gorman. He's afraid of getting hit and he's doing everything to avoid it even if it's ugly. And Fa was clinching all night long. He was holding for dear life at some point. But Fa isn't exactly a bum. He was a solid amateur and beat Parker there a couple of times. Fa also has a good chin despite getting dropped by a journeyman before. I don't think youre Boxing maths works here. Chisora is an entirely different matchup. Chisora will show up and comes to fight. He's quite hittable and he slows down massively. He's also right in front of you. Totally different to Fa and Cojanu. So saying "No chance he stops Chisora because he couldn't stop Cojanu or Fa" is total bull****. I mean look at Andy Ruiz Jr. He mauled, destroyed, dropped and stopped Joshua. But he couldn't stop Rafael Zumbano in 8 rounds who was knocked out by +40yo Ustinov in one round? Ruiz also couldn't drop Dimitrenko before he retired in his corner. Parker dropped him four times i think while going the distance with Joshua. You know....Boxing Maths is garbage. For a reason. It's okay to have an opinion but i would be hesitant with "No chance" if you don't do the homework.
