Moruti Mthalane vs. Sunny Edwards & Michael Conlan vs. Ionut Baluta RBR.

Seems like a lot of people and handicappers are picking Edwards but it seems like a lot of fans are picking against Edwards.

 

Oh, good. I thought it was just me not being acquainted with his particular accent.

 

As much as I don't like Sky's presenting team, I don't care for BTs either. Dempsey thinks he's clever but he asks crap questions, Joe Joyce is a personality vacuum and Buncey might be knowledgeable but he's like the annoying dickhead uncle you get stuck talking to at a wedding.

 

Every brain cell is screaming at me "Conlan eases to a decision"

But my gut, my gut half filled with lager is whispering "there could be an upset here N, go on, have a few quid on Baluta"


I've recently made it policy to listen to my brain cells, we will see who is right, my 3 brain cells or the beer filled belly.

 

Yeah. In terms of skills Baluta is probably live. Conlan is overrated too. But i have no faith in Baluta getting the decision. He needs Knockdowns or a Knockout IMO. Don't see that happen.

Sad isn't it, we all have to add points to the home fighter before the first bell, I know it's always sort of been that way but now we don't even really question it, it's just a fact we have accepted LOL

 

Conlan has good defensive skills. He's catching the vast majority of these shots on the gloves.

 

Yeah Woodhall is good because he does what he's supposed to do. Analyse the fight without getting over excited.

 

Conlan boxing well but it's competitive, 2-0 Conlan but Balute having the odd moment but not enough to take either of the first two.

 

Baluta won first half of round 2 but Conlan was to good in second half.
