OK Bunce's top did look like it was from Barnardo's but there was no need for Maccarinelli to comment on it, bit out of order imo.

Enzo give him credit for the top - he said it's better than the flowery shirts he usually wears, or something along that line.

And then Enzo had the nerve to say that he's better than Haye despite the ease with which Haye beat him.

Actually I was laughing during the cruiser weight fight when Rawling or Woodhall said "yeah this guy was knocked out in 2 rounds by Haye. Enzo could beat both of these guys easily" Hang on a minute, Enzo was knocked out in two rounds by Haye too!

I can't believe we're discussing some top Steve Bunce was wearing on the telly. If it's six years old then I must say it's lasted well.
I can only assume Buncey has meticulously followed the instructions on the care label.

Listen. What have I said that is so wrong? Haye said he would be issuing a ringside challenge to Wlad, I was looking forward to it, & even big Wlad himself was looking forward to it.
& I bet that most others here were looking forward to it.

Then haye didnt turn up, & didnt even tell us why, he just laughed sheepishly when Bunce asked him about it.
As for you bringing up Arthur, I dont get it. I have slated Arthur in here very recently for the Guzman fiasco, I lost a lot of respect for him when he said he was 'delighted' to get the belt after Guzman was stripped. I was wanting Arthur to say "its a nice consolation I suppose,(getting the belt) but I really wanted to test myself against the best, & Im so disappointed it all fell through"

If you want to take cheap shots at me about Arthur, I suggest you read some of my posts before jumping in feet first with snide remarks about my good self.

Haye backed out of a promise, & I am disappointed. Sorry for having an opinion:-(

Wlad is so concerned with Haye that he didn't even realise he hadn't turned up

''Haye was here tonight, and a fight with him could be made further down the line''

Note to Haye - he's not bothered whether your there or not !!

I find it interesting that Haye is starting to get a bit of stick on here despite what he has achieved yet Calzaghe is still so revered despite never having done anything like as audacious as Haye. Haye did confront Wlad, so what if he didn't turn up Saturday? It's a damn sight more than Joe ever did to get a fight with Ottke or Jones.

he never followed through with his promise because he remembered that VITALLI was in klitchko's corner and he'd have got KTFO'D off him :bbb

Didn't Haye state that the reason for his non-arrival, was the fact that he didn't want to shout and distract Wlad, thereby causing him to lose concentration on the task at hand. This is because it may have caused the improbable scenario of Thompson unleashing the 'tiger' he is said to harbour within himself, leading to the demise of Klitschko and thus ruining Davids chances of being the one who finally ended the Wladimir myth. (not to mention the huge payday)

Sounds reasonable...I don't think he'll be cheering on Povetkin when he fights Wlad, let's put it that way. Haye knows that Wladimir holding belts is the biggest paying & prestige fight for him out there.

Let's hope that neither guy takes their eye off the ball...

dont bother me in the least if he's there or not - obviously dont bother Wlad either - just making the point that if Haye thinks he's getting under Wlads skin I believe he is mistaken.
