Well, Wlad was aging even before Pulev fight and looks that he had took this cos inertia. He already was rich and didn't looked that he is so concerned about next fights.
Then later he was even older and still, there next paycheck for already rich millionare past his prime.
Looks that really Wlad was lazy, too lethargic.
For Wlad then this doesn't mattered so much cos he already was rich and settled for life.

Wlad then was already over the hill, like a lot of these EE boxers looks that he just continued to fight for inertia.
He was already rich businessman and investor.
Some his fans from ppl I do know assumed that he should retire not to fight vs Pulev but vacate his belts and retire.

Canlo is young, only 30 and still hungry to prove something during next years.

 

I am watching Canelo and Eddy Reynoso on DAZN. They are cool, calm and composed ready to fight on Saturday. They make the point that Billy Jane has made several excuses not just the ring size. They have complained about Visas, no British judge, ring size , Eddie Hearn etc. Saunders is an embarrassment.

 

Wtf?? Is that dude seriously about to cry for the ring size??? Have these guys not figured out that they could be fighting in a mile long ring, win every round, and still lose on all 3 cards. They should be smart, accept everything, and just thank Canelo for the payday like Smith did

There are a lot of opportunities to earn for a living besides pro boxing and this world is so damn cool.
If you fight you should take high risk.
I don't talk about reputation and even just some concussions.

Guy I do know pretty well had fought in russia with russian ref and all 3 russian judges and they had scored UD win for him vs russian fighter. He was shocked and yeah, such stuff never ever had happened in U.S vs U.S boxer or KBer.
The most cool stuff for him was when Dutch judges had scored him as winner on Glory cards vs Dutch kid.
Fighting takes too much from guy and there are xxxx legal ways to earn besides prizefighting.
