The Klitschko era wasn't competitive but in absolute ability it was the best era we'd seen up to that point. But old Pulev being overrated in the rankings (his last decent win before the AJ fight was over 2 years ago at home) and getting a title shot in a non-competitive fight means very little.

no, i didnt list every single boxer who is ahead of him, i simply pulled a generic list out of my ass. the fact you mention ali in addition to my list just shows that there are others above him

Dempsey is extremely overrated. For one thing, he avoided black boxers. And he held the title hostage without fighting for long periods of time.

If you believe that I have land in Florida you can buy. Ali was better and so was Larry Holmes. I think Foreman would have been a tough out for Vlad. Thanks for playing though.

This means what boxers now are getting title fights.
There is some interest for me to compare boxers and if boxer fought Klits or Pov and later vs guy form modern era I might compare these fights outcome, fighters age and record before fight.
I had interest to compare how will be fight A.J vs Pulev with Wlad vs Pulev fight result.

terrible, I don't make him favourite against any of the other top 11 (modern) fighters on that list in a prime for prime H2H

Debatable, okey, Wlad most likely does not likes you.
Let's take the same Pulev. 38 y.o Wlad stopped 33 y.o then undefeated Pulev in 5 rounds.
    A.J had stopped 39 y.o Pulev in 9 rounds.

Honestly can be argued he is. No problem but it's all speculation.

Povetkin, who never held a title in his career, at 18.

Jack Johnson at 195 behind the likes of Danny Williams, Carlos Takam, Alexander Dimitrenko (at number 76 haha), Chris Arreola (51), Tony Thompson (48) and some others.

Johnson made a career of fighting Super-Middleweights and Light Heavyweights so it seems a fair ranking to me?

Povetkin in early 40s KOed Whyte. Lost the rematch after spending his training camp in a hospital.
Helenius in late 30s KOed Kovnatski.
Chisora is still at the top.
Pulev in late 30s and Ortiz in his 50s were still in top 10.

If you can't appreciate historical context, then that's your problem. It's an outrageous ranking.
