The fact that that moron Cole , after all his shenanigans and incompetence, still has a job, makes Texas a boxing backwater.

He was taking a lot of shots. “One of the worst stoppages I’ve seen in a while” is an absurd statement. I see worst stoppages on every UK card I watch.

 

It’s not the first time.. Lawrence Cole is the worst referee of all time.. I actually think he is corrupt!!

There was nothing compassionate about that stoppage, preventing a veteran champion making his last stand from having a chance at the victory!

I had Soto ahead but Takayama landing these short body shots inbetween the wide shots by Soto inside along with the fast pace he set were definitely troubling Soto and I would have liked to see how this would have played out

I can't see how BJS can win this unless he KO's Canelo.. based on judging and ref. I am still picking Canelo.. but.. let's be honest here.. BJS really has it all to do to get the nod here.

Good ref. He appropriately deducted points from Jaime Munguía (versus Spike O'Sullivan) and Tevin Farmer (versus Guillame Frenois) after giving them fair warnings for low blows first.

 

This has been an atrociously reffed card. The Long Count in the previous bout and now this BS stoppage.

 

Bad stoppage. I hope they give BJS a better chance than that
