I thought Canelo steadied a bit in 7 and was taking the 8th before the uppercut landed. Did you score it?

You haven't heard? He wasn't brutally stopped. It was a luck y punch. Canello hadn't been throwing an uppercut all night. It was his first uppercut he threw and his eyes were closed when he threw it.

    Yes, Sarcasm for slow posters.

Look, all I know is that this further justifies my opinion:

The Super-Middleweight division is ****ing trash, easily the worst division in boxing, and I hope when Canelo violently stops Caleb Plant he throws all four belts IN the trash and cancels it forever.

Relax? Saunders was doing ok, and was managing not to get hurt. Beyond that, I wouldnt say he was dictating any terms to Canelo. Canelo was pushing him around the ring, and landing all the hard shots throughout the entire fight.

Yeah look, he wasn't knocked out, he wasn't beaten on points, he retired due to injury.

I agree, the word "quit" is taken as bottling it and I think that's the problem here.

If it was a BS injury, like errr he claimed his elbow hurt, OK i will go with "quit".

But if you feel you eye sinking, have double vision and the pain is piercing through your skull... and you know you could go blind then I'm giving you a complete pass.

Sorry your card was **** and your boy got his ass beat, sincerely. It’s obvious you have emotional issues and I don’t want to aggravate that, but you’re simply wrong, obviously. That’s not my opinion I mean you have the cards, you see them...you were wrong, happens to all of us sometimes.

It's funny....if we exclude the last round (8th) i thought Canelo was more and more bothered by Saunders power shots than vice versa. He looked rattled at some point while BJS was taking them well (it changed in the 8th obviously). 70% of Canelos power shots were body shots. And most of them didn't even land. So even if the judges liked powerful shots they wouldn't find 6 rounds for Canelo here. 4 yeah. If they really like him and his style maybe 5. But 6? No way without bias.

    Greetings navigator.

While I understand why you would feel that way, comparing eye injuries as if they are all nearly the same in scope, is wrong.

You can not tell how badly an eye is damaged or how severe the pain is, from superficial appearances. This is simply a fact.

Boxing needs to learn to stop judging eye injuries as a one size fits all situation by comparing it to other fighters that have fought through eye injuries.

Very poor from the official Ring Magazine account. No doubt tweeted by some chubby checker Dan Rafael type gimp who has never fought in his life. Swiftly deleted. Utterly pathetic.

I apologize for the mother thing.

I wouldn't have said that had I known she was deceased.
