I gave Canelo the first 4 rounds and BJS the next 3.

Was shaping up to be a great fight so was disappointed at the end.

You literally called him a bum for quitting on his stool - reinforcing that fact that you insist he should have continued. So yes, yes you do.
You've just validated what I'm trying to say. Your opinion is based off an agenda, and off that agenda you wanted BJS to finish the fight injury or not.

I hear you brother. After seeing someone become a vegetable from boxing in real life, it's horrible to read.
The pain, suffering and impact on their families goes straight out the window for most boxing 'fans'. I hate to see it.

Saunders wasn't schooling anyone. That was actually an easy fight for Canelo. Saunders won 2 rounds that Canelo gave away. From the beginning was easy to tell it was matter of time. Everytime Canelo touched that body Saunders panicked. Saunders doesn't have power in his punches. Only an uncomfortable style. Canelo didn't need to press in the first 6 rounds. He just kept touching the body until he saw Saunder was ready to be taken out. Easy pay day for Canelo

I think you could produce a reasonable card with BJS ahead, but that's not it. He was getting hit hard, he was getting hit with hard punches throughout and they were troubling him. If it wasn't that it was going to be something else. Saul was landing very hard punches.

Saunders obviously did himself no favours with the comments he made about Dubois and it’s come back to haunt him. I just don’t understand why fighters who have never been in that situation before or sustained that type of injury come out calling other fighters quitters. Saunders probably did believe he’d carry on in a situation like that but the reality is far worse than words. If you can’t see out of your eye and you’ve got Canelo swinging bombs at you then it is common sense to stop. Why should he carry on and potentially suffer career ending injuries? So what if people are calling him a quitter. Like he actually gives a ****. It’s common sense to pull out of a fight with an injury like that. He’s got a family and a future after boxing.

I thought Saunders boxes really well and was certainly a lot more competitive than all the other brits that have gone over there. Those scorecards were a joke. It was very close up until the stoppage.

He wasn't schooling him no. He did bring a good fight though, much better than Callum Smith whose fight was a disappointment
Too bad for the injury; nevertheless Canelo also landed good body shots & I'd have liked to see what effects these would have in the later round. Still think Canelo would have won even without the injury but it was a good fight

It was a close fight, you'd have to be a bit generous to have Saunders in the lead.

Canelo's power was the difference in the fight. His shots were thudding.

It's amazing the power Canelo is carrying as he matures and moves up in weight.

BJS boxed reasonably well but did not have the power to keep Canelo off him.

His success came when he was busy and punching in bunches and from odd angles.

Before the injury I thought BJS was doing fairly well despite being outgunned.

He wasn’t up 5-2 that’s just idiotic, you’re literally starting your “point” from a position of fabrication.

Saunders was fighting as well as he possibly could but was still getting beat down, actually melted down with body shots. He was slowing down and becoming open for punches, making bad mistakes which Canelo capitalized on. I had it 4-3 going into the 8th and 5-2 would have been fair.

And who among you would fight Canelo with one eye closed? Really?

Why didn't the teacher get up and commence his glorious teachings after the 8th round?.

Not exactly. BJS was doing well enough to keep it close but is just too feather fisted to keep up.
