he was holding his own till hurt his eye lol.. proving once again that stylematch up is trouble for canelo still years later.. which is why both plant and andrade want a shot so bad next.. although i think canelo beats both.. plant being the harder of the 2 fights by a tiny bit.
I agree that he was in the fight But holding your own & winning the fight are 2 entirely different things. it was Canelo’s game plan to smash him, not to necessarily win every round or dominate the score cards. just as it was BJS’s game plan not to get smashed & pile up the points. One man executed their strategy to perfection.

You do realize that Saunders was the guy who couldn’t stop bad mouthing Dubois for taking a knee when he broke his orbital bone against Joyce, right? Now he just quit (his words when talking about Dubois) in his corner due to the same injury. You don’t see the hypocrisy there? And please don’t try to claim the corner stopped it and BJS wanted to continue...he never protested the stoppage once.
