Nope, for once Saul is in there with a bigger star than he is. Can't rely on the judges this time.

Roy Jones Jr takes this 168 lb bout by unanimous decision. The problem for Saul Canelo Alvarez is the incredible speed and stamina of Jones. Canelo appeared to have issues with the speed of Billy Joe Saunders last night until he began to connect, and Saunders did not answer the bell for round 8. Roy is going to show Alvarez angles and speed that he has never been exposed to since his losing effort against Floyd Mayweather .Also the fear factor by Canelo to his other opponents will be void against Jones who would make Canelo seem amateurish with many angles and swift combination punching. The decision in this bout will be hard to overturn in the favor of Canelo, too one sided win for Roy.

RJJ comfortable points win. He will hit Canelo often and very hard. Probably wins almost every round

I think he is a bit overrated though. He has not fought anybody in the class of a Jones, Toney, Calzaghe or Hopkins. I do not think he would win those fights

Overrated by who tho? In here he'd be lucky to beat guys like Barkley, Hamsho and Bobby Watts.

in the sense that he is regarded as pound for pound N1. I do not agree

IMO Terrence Crawford. Canelo is N2 or N3, depending on whether you like him better than Spence or not.

"pound for pound number 1" is a bit of a silly concept, which seems to have been sold as a very meaningful and real "title" these days in boxing.
It's crazy how much it is repeated and played up.
It's as much to do with popularity and marketing as quality.

Sadly, being the best in the world in a weight class is undervalued, so they mention this "p4p #1" thing all the time.

I know that question wasn't aimed at me but, I wouldn't consider Canelo a dead cert for each of those matches.
