You see a lot of pro football players who are fat?
Even in high/ medium amateur level, not alone just low paid pro team, if you will gass too quickly, you will be replaced and if this will repeat, they will find next guy and lay you off.

That's simple. Team sports like national teams etc does not keep places in them for wrecks.
While in pro boxing name matters more than ability to move normally, not alone to fight.
If you are big name and still do have licence, you will get offers.

In boxing $ bringing stuff is boxer's name, in team sport: team's name and in national team: flag and banner.

I think he meant "American football", not "soccer". Plenty of fat players in the former, very few in the latter.

Lance Armstrong didn't really have any muscle either and he was juicing.

Right. But many people do not understand that "juicing" is only usually used for anabolic, muscle building drugs.
(Ph)armstrong was taking what most all endurance athletes take, something like his EPO, to carry more red blood cells & thus up his already very high aerobic capacity.
Then there was the recycling of his own blood via injections.

WHat was especially evil about (Ph)armstrong was twofold-the hypocracy was bad enough, constantly lying about being clean even as trying to serve as a role model for cancer survivors.

Then he also organized the cheating-the team bus was pulled over before competitions to do the blood doping dirty work...
And threatened the caeer & livelihoo of any American who would not play along!

But what is interesting re: muscle is that (Ph)armstrong had to much of it.
He was a world class but not a champion cyclist at 180 lbs.
Anyone no more than around average height & like he was truly very low boy fat is carrying a good amount more muscle than the average person.

He got testicular cancer & lose one ball.
That effectively was *de*juicing, & he went down to 160 lbs.
By losing a significant amount of upper body mass.

That extra weight, even though it was muscle & useful in so many sports, made him bulkier than a typical cyclist, who have most of their mass just in their lower body.
Losing the muscle-combined with juicing, there may be no more corrupt sport-& given his genetic potentials & fanatical drive, mae the the greatest cyclist ever.

The leg muscle allowed him to dominate the mountain stages, but he needed to lose the extraneous (for that sport) upper body muscle to be an ATG.

Golovkin, his body just looks like a natural body push to the limits would look like, no enlarged traps like most steroid users have

I understand your point of view. I just feel the boxing commissions themselves don't care so I can't be bothered to wonder whose on gear and who isn't. Boxers these days fight once or twice a year. Testing at the lead up to the fight is absolutely useless. I'm honestly wondering why I even like this sport, and have one foot out the door. The boxing commissions are a waste of time.

Chistopher Lovejoy isn't on the juice and he doesn't need to be. His body is already at the peak of human condition and his skills are boarding on superhuman.

I think they're all at it to some extent. I think it would be rare to find a pro that has never had a little "boost".
