Will Caleb Plant be a harder or easier opponent for Canelo than Saunders?

Whats the general consensus of Plant’s chances against Canelo?
I’m curious to know if Plant really does have anything to offer for Canelo as a potentially difficult opponent. Many thought that Saunders would have posed a very difficult puzzle for Canelo but ended up getting broken down, dissected, and crushed. From what I can see I honestly don’t know if Plant really has anything that Canelo hasn’t seen before, not to mention that Saunders is the much more proven fighter than Plant.

I haven't studied or analyzed Plant enough, but he is a big strong athletic fighter. He has a chance, but 90% sure Canelo wins.

I'm going to say harder because I don't think Saunders performed at the level he was capable of. I pointed this out before, but he didn't use his footwork, dance and stay on the outside like he did vs David Lemieux. I think Saunders is capable of being a tougher stylistic matchup for Canelo, and I think he has faster hands and feet than Plant, but Saunders made a lot of strategic mistakes before the fight and during the fight and I can't see Plant walking into a massive uppercut like that.

Plant will fight a more disciplined fight vs Canelo in a more upright style, not crouched over, and will maintain range. Plant will not engage in mind games or trash talk like Saunders did, Plant is a straight up, no-nonsense fighter who will not give Canelo the kind of openings that Saunders did. I expect it to be harder for Canelo, but I'll admit before last weekend's fight I thought Saunders was a tougher opponent. Hindsight 20-20, after seeing how Saunders fought and how he was caught, I expect a much stiffer test from Plant. It also would be for undisputed so I expect that to give Plant added motivation, especially after seeing what happened to Saunders. I expect Plant to fight much more defensive than Saunders did and would expect it to go the distance. I know I expected Saunders to go the distance with Canelo, too, but Saunders did not fight in the style I expected, I expected him to dance and use his feet more. Plant is a very good fighter, and I really hope this fight happens, not just because it would be for undisputed but because I really think it will be interesting to see how he matches up with Canelo.

Plant is faster and has better reflexes than bjs and is bigger and longer. His stamina isn't good and is about the same as bjs and his durability is about the same as bjs. I think he might do slightly better but he won't beat canelo.

How do you call a fighter like Plant garbage? Why do people have to trash fighters, in general? Plant's a great fighter, just watching those highlights he's got all the tools to be an excellent fighter. Great timing, upper body movement, slick, defensively sound. What's not to like? But, no you call him "garbage". How? That's disrespectful as hell.

Plant has a little more length, which was the biggest missing piece for BJS besides overall quality. He actually has a chance to work from the outside if he can pull it off.

The problem is Canelo can and probably will walk through what he throws.

I think he meant to say his resume is garbage ...
Full of D, C level fighters.
One C+ when he won the strap after beating Uzcatgei & I guess mike lee is a C+ Possibly B- Kind of guy as well.

Looks way to basic...doesn't break at the waist or too many feints/head movement. Canelo is throwing darts right now
