That McGuigan gym must be a barrel laughs, the “personalities” in there...

Great idea all them being in a camp with each other, they all lack what the other has!

Are you referring to Barry, Sandra, Shane, Blake and Jake?

Great move for Dubois. He's a kid really, working with the best young British coach in the sport will suit him. I like Mark Tibbs but he does seem like a character from a 1988 episode of Eastenders. Daniel was put through hell by the usual gobshytes in our sport, including Saunders, after fighting over half a fight with the same injury the Gypsy Warrior pulled out immediately with. As for Fowler, he's so insignificant I doubt Dubois knows who he is or what he's said.

Has there been an incident like this in this gym?

Bad crack someone going through the lockers and stealing.

Yeah he's seems a vulnerable kid. Hope he's got some good people advising him, and doesn't apoint Barry as his manager.

Aye? Strange, he was literally training there this week....

Lot of red flags around Dubois, too many for my liking

Fair play to him to a degree.

He's only young and if he doesn't feel like it was the right fit, then it's right for him to take himself away.

Shane will definitely improve him and I'm sure he'll be working on that jab being a weapon, relaxing the power and bringing in a few nuances for him. Hopefully a bit of head movement also.

Surprising, but good move for Dubois.

I (like most people) rate Shane extremely highly, he is if not the best certainly one of the best and Dubois has made a good decision on the coaching front. Interesting what changes/improvements he can make under Shane.

I was also very impressed with both how quickly he is coming back, and the choice of opponent considering the terrible injury he had. Impressed on both counts as I was sure he would face 1-2 absolutely no hoppers to build back his confidence but he has got a proper fight on his hands.

As mentioned already, he fought for 5 rounds with an orbital fracture against a giant, and very heavy handed Joe Joyce so as far as bravery goes he passes the test as far as I am concerned!

Didn't Tom Little claim Daniel quit in sparring with someone leading up to there fight?
