I don't want to EVER hear Nery would have beaten Inoue ever again. Like, EVER again.

 

Did you say that before the fight or during?

 

I had Figueroa up at time of stopage. Figueroa was getting the better of the exchange. Nery was landing via volume but the punches Figueroa were landing were affecting Nery.

 

U knew he wanted out when he tried to milk the brief break. Went down and stayed down shortly thereafter.

 

Figueroa got the game plan spot on, and made a bully quit. Lovely.

 

It was coming, Nerys body language from round 4 was awful, started running around at the start of the round, tried everything he could to create space, he didn't like the pace, he didn't like being bullied.


Superb tactics from Figueroa and his team, full credit to them, Nery won't beat Figueroa, if they fight again it will happen again.

 

What an awesome card tonight! Three quality matchups.

My card but he did his job!!!!

 

Weird KO on the replay, it looked like first two hooks did in a very gassed Nery moreso than that rib shot.

 

How does getting slapped around by a weight bully feel Nery, you cheating ****?!

 

figueroa wide punches inside. must come straight up the middle to combat that.

 

this card was great, it compensated the dull as **** afternoon british card.

 

Nery didn't want it any more, that's all, he threw everything he had, couldn't dent Fig and was getting bullied and slowly beaten up.

The old case of the bully being bullied, he swallowed.
