I see his chin taking the best bombs of Hearns but Tommy s offense would put Canelo on the defence to much to build up the points.

GGG hurt Canelo in there rematch and Hearns had more power than GGG.

He did, and Hearns would definitely hurt Saul. Tommy would have him under control due to that for the fight to be his.

I'm not sure about this one. Depends on Hearns more than Canelo, I think.
Hearns didn't look good against Olajide or Kinchen.

Roldan hit everyone-Hagler and Nunn.. He had that wild style, which was always his downfall. And Hearns stopped him quicker than the other two top guys who fought him. Canelo would not beat Hearns. There is a difference between the guys Canelo has been fighting since GGG and Tommy Hearns.

He beat GGG and Jacobs at 160. Good enough for me.

He was not dominant in anyway to say he could beat Hearns because of the Jacobs fight, that is not clear.. In anyway.

Canelo would beat him pretty clearly at 160. 154 might be a much better fight, but I would still give Canelo the edge

If GGG wasn't so risk averse, he could have stopped Canelo.

Tommy wouldn't be so kind. Hearns tko 6.

Tommy was prime at 154 he'd knock Canelo out, Canelo has no chance v Hearns at 160 let alone 154. What makes you think Canelo would win?
Hearns was top 3 all time 154...

Canelo would crush him .. Hearns barely survived Roldan and lost twice rot Barkley .. he was not beating Canelo who is a tank, good on defense and very fast himself .. he'd have to take him out early and while it is possible I just don't see it..

Agreed. Golovkin didn't really push the envelope against Canelo. Maybe down to his age; maybe he was never going to be creative enough against an opponent with a bit of ability. But, either way, GGG didn't test Canelo in the way Hearns would.

Did you see the Olajide fight? Not sure why you said that.

Silly comparison. Roldan and Barkley were swarmers who went for broke. Canelo is more of a cautious counter puncher.
