I am going to revisit this thread after Jose Ramirez stops Taylor and shuts his mouth for good.

It's always the same thing with the Brits. They get all whipped up about their fighter, make all these bold predictions,,,,,,,,and when fight night comes, it all goes tube surfing right down the toilet. lol

    Billy Joe Saunders
    Amir Con
    Joshua - KOED by Ruiz
Naseem Hamed - Spanked by Barerra and sent to retirement
Ricky Hatton - Leveled by Floyd and Concussed by Pac..............and all the Brits on this forum cried like babies.
And the list goes on for about 100 years.

Jose is a flashy guy. Wearing gaudy brand names and driving Ferrari's. I figured he'd be a wrangler and pickup truck guy.

I think Taylor decisions Ramirez in an entertaining fight, however.

This post won't age well buddy.
I am actually a bit disappointed by Taylors behaviour but he will outbox ramirez and is alot more talented technically than ramirez. I think style wise this is a bad match up for ramirez and prograis was a much tougher test for Taylor.

Ramirez is an olympian. I can't see Taylor throwing anything at him that he hasn't seen before 100 times.
Taylor got Lucky against Prograis. That eye nearly closed shut. Taylor gassed after round 6 and was getting hurt with body shots.
Rameriz will steal his soul tomorrow night. Knock out prediction, round 7

    Quality fighter though.

So what you are saying is we can only get angry at physically equivalent specimens regardless of what is said or done. That makes sense and aligns with fundamental animal instinct.

Pretty much the case, just hope Josh sticks to a gameplan and is intelligently mental!

Ach! Handbags that! Taylor's inner thug tends to come out the closer it get's to fight time. He needs to reign that in a bit, but it just whet's the appetite a bit more and adds a bit more frisson - maybe it's a deliberate ploy to get under Ramirez skin and unsettle him a bit (he seems very nice - maybe a bit too nice?). Just hope it all don't backfire on TTT when it get's going.

Tool.. Lewis, Fury, Benn, Froch, Taylor, Calzaghe etc have more than held their own with the US.. & I don't think there's any shame in losing to PAC & Floyd.. Hatton.
