But will he stay at 140? Most times after unifying a division most fighters go looking to move up for a second title instead of really dominating their division.

Lopez would be a great fight but I think the size difference would give Taylor a massive advantage. Probably be a big money maker in the US.
Lopez is shorter, but bulkier. Size not much of a factor. Taylor cant fight off the back foot. Lopez the stronger, tougher, meaner, more aggressive, harder punching man will force Taylor to backpedal and he wont be able to cope.
Can't fight off the back foot? Have you actually watched Taylors fights, hes amazing on the back foot. Although Lopez is stocky I still think there is a difference in size naturally that Lopez might struggle with. Its still a great fight that I would love to see but I think the edge would be with Taylor. I would also say Taylor is as tough and mean as lopez.
He constantly gives up his reach when pressured. Prograis is the blueprint to beat Taylor. That's what I would look at if I were Lopez.
That doesn't mean he can't fight on the back foot, some of his best knock downs have been on the backfoot as well as countless evidence on YouTube in every fight he has fought of him boxing on the back foot and doing it brilliantly. I am starting to think you have never watched Taylor fight.

Or maybe this is all nonsense, Tinman is a drama queen, Taylor has nothing to prove at 140 and Lopez should prove superiority over his peers at 135 in Haney, Garcia and Davis before talking about a fight against Taylor.
Dont blame me. Blame the corrupt greedy boxing organizations who have created 17 divisions. Drama queen my ass. If we still had the same original 8 weight classes Taylor wouldn't be able to weasel his way out of a fight with Lopez or Spence or Crawford. It's a watered down division with the 17 classes now.
This is exactly why you’re a drama queen. Taylor has been the undisputed champion for less than 24 hours and he’s apparrently weasiling his way out of a fight with a guy from a lower weight class who has a fight scheduled.
I like his chances, he's a fine operator and tough like leather. Jose did seem to come on strong towards the end, found an extra gear and JT nullified it enough to solidify the win. If they fought ten times JT wins 6/10 in my humble opinion.
I dont like Taylor. Hes an arrogant douchebag. I'm always consistent my favorite fighters like Pacquiao, Morales, Porter, Beterbiev, Kessler, etc. Are unassuming gentlemen. So am I biased? Yes I am.
