Arum and Fury signed it, they should have knew it was coming and just made the 3rd fight behind closed doors as quickly as possible and taken the financial hit, knowing that Hearn will do all the leg work to give them a $75m unification fight without any effort.

Uncle bob knew all along it was coming, which he made very clear to the media with his comments. The ruling was only made days ago.
Earn, the so called best promoter on the planet, goes around the world negotiating site deals when he doesnt 100% know that the arbitrage case wont come in the way.

I’d imagine Earn is much smarter than that. Maybe he isnt as smart as his daddy

He said it wasn’t an issue and wilder had 100% lost the case, it wasn’t getting in the way of an AJ fight with Fury - explains why they were so negative, they knew it weren’t possible and were hoping Eddie would flop so he looked like the bad guy. Team Fury now look like idiots and everyone is well aware.

Bob Arum, a highly trained lawyer should have know the Wilder fight could go against him. He signed a rematch clause, so he would have known it was coming.
My personal opinion is that he knew about the arbitration but didn't care because the pandemic meant that he couldn't profit from any fight behind closed doors whether it was Wilder 3, or a stay busy fight, so he dragged it out and played the ignorant cuddly old man

Earn took the word of a 90 year old chain smoking coke sniffer and wasted his time travelling around the world trying to make site deals.

Bobby was talking up a wilder-fury trilogy and joshua-usyk fight on Dazn 3 weeks ago. That should have sent the alarm bells ringing.

Uncle bob too big too strong for young pup Earn

It pains me to say it by Eddie Hearn makes Bob Arum look like a ****ing snail with alzheimers. His fighter loses his unified titles on his American debut, and he arranges the rematch in Saudi for £40m in Joshua's pocket, and uses the same people to put up a £75m guarantee for the Joshua - Fury fight

Arum knew the score, but like your classic American promoter, activity means nothing as long as the next event can extract the highest level or profit.

Result: Fury is 16 months inactive, and could well lose to Wilder. This isn't a street fight, he could get sparked against Deontay. This is the pro game. And Aj could definitely get sparked against Wilder. That scares me to the score... but activity and hunger matters

Thats because bob is a snail with alzheimers. Earn took the word of the snail with alzheimers and went out securing site deals when the arbitration was all but decided.

    1-0 Uncle bob

Eddie Hearn has made himself look perfect. He sorted a site and a deal for the undisputed fight and Fury's side couldn't make it, because his promoter didn't think any inbetween fight made financial sense. Now Fury is 18 months inactive, but Bob Arum doesn't care.... Fury could well lose next

Godfather Bob was probably trolling hearn by having him run around the world and waste time, effort, money and another CM off the hairline trying to setup the fight.

He's most likely still after revenge on Eddie for trying to push into his turf during the DAZN launch.

Bob couldnt make it as he knew full well the arbitrage case wasnt guaranteed. He told Earn it was and Earn believed him. Edward has wasted 6 months running around for nothing.

Ironically this helps Fury as he would have been 18 months inactive for a Joshua fight. Now he will be fighting fit.

    Easy work for uncle Bob.

Joshua has had a fight agaisnt Pulev, incase you forgot about that. He might be be a bodybuilder wthout an ability ride with a shot, but Fury is inactive.

Fury's legs looked terrible in the Wilder 2 fight. Seriously compare Furywhen he fought Hammer or Klitschko... It's a different fighter. He has to push forward now because if he backs up he can't move fast enough to land enough punches to win a fight on points.

Fury has no legs now, so he can't do a Klitschko type job on him, so he has to be aggresive and push the action, but with inactivity i'm not confident he can do that

Then again.. I was thinking how well Klitschko was able to slip and slide AJ's his mindless attack in the 5th round, so Fury could probably do the same. AJ cannot deal with being hit thought, except stand upright and hope for the best
