    Good post. Good comments.

I've said this before but I hate the current WW division. There are some greater fighters there but because they mostly don't fight each other, the fans are robbed of great fights and the fighters are robbed of legacy defining fights that sort out who truly is the best.

It's a shame but it has nothing to do with the talent of the fighters campaigning there.

That's partly the product of the 'you lost, always overrated' culture of boxing and its fans. Fighters know what happens to their rep after taking a loss - and, as a result, their earning potential. Better to have 3-4 decent pay days than roll the dice. Promoters seem to think the same way too. I wonder if taking a loss early in a career is what liberates some fighters to break this mould? Manny lost his 12th...

I get it. It's partly the era we are in.

    As a long-time boxing fan though, I can't say I like it.

Good post and I agree. Two fighters can be "great" even if one is "more great" than the other. On here it seems like often if you're not great, you're B-tier or lower. If Taylor and Crawford fought and Crawford won, it doesn't make Taylor not a great fighter, it just makes Crawford better than Taylor.

It's worse that that to be fair, and has been for a lot of time, especially as a lot of the "less impartial" fans tend to favour extremes to suit their agenda.

E.g. if a fighter they don't like or is a threat to their fave, then it's not even a case of "X falls a wee bit short of elite", it's "X was a bum!" "X was a can!"

I've seen it with a number of folks just this weekend "Ramirez is gonna smoke Taylor. Wait and see"
"Taylor ain't special, Ramirez! Who's Ramirez beat??"

He's undisputed but lets see him beat a top ranked P4P fighter before saying this.

Calzaghe landed far more shots on average in his fights tan Fury does, Fury is just a long armed, fast spoiler compared to Calzaghe,Joe`s combo`s were far better than Fury`s.

Meaningless to you, because of what you know, or don’t know. But the ones the post was meant for, understood.

I know you're playing a character on here, but let's not pretend you're some kind of boxing savant in a sea of idiots.

yeah, the difference is that youre always wrong, and im mostly right. and all that those **** claims youre talking about, thats just your weak heart making things up for your weak mind in order to make you feel better about yourself. if im wrong, show some examples of these **** clims you say im continually making...go ahead. but we both know why you wont, and why you cant.
youre a little insecure nerd, trying to live vicariously through those white boxers you most identify with. naturally, you believe everyone operates the same way, why wouldnt you, you know nothing else. thats why you think i like mikey cause hes mexican, its never even occurred to you that im not mexican, cause you cant imagine how that could possibly be. youre a beta scrub, if we get right down to it.

I think most fans recognise great fighters and are able to accept a loss on their record. Manny pacquaio has losses but everyone accepts that the guy was the best and he didn't duck a hard opponent even if it meant him losing. I think what's damaging is a few losses especially against sub standard opposition.
Take prograis and ramirez for instance, even though they have lost I would still love to see them in future title fights and maybe a rematch with Taylor further down the line.

Example #1 Fury. You continually dismissed him & claimed Wilder would EASILY KO him BOTH times. You have also claimed many times that dumpling Andy Ruiz would brutalise Fury EASILY.. no one really believes that other than u cos you're a thick ****.

Example #2 Taylor. You claim he's a B level LWW (even though he CONTINUALLY proves u wrong) whilst at the same time calling Mikey Garcia A level LOL.. WTF has Garcia done at 140 to compete with JTs achievements? A: NOTHING! You also thought Ramirez would STOP him. Again proven wrong.

There are countless examples.. but those two alone demonstrate to me that you grossly over inflate your capabilities. Sure we ALL make claims & picks that are found wanting but you act like you're some boxing savant.. 'I'm mostly always right & you're always wrong' .. u heard yourself ya fkin mong.. You continually pull euro fighters down whilst blowing smoke up the arse of numerous privileged Mexican meat heads who've proven to be found wanting on many an occasion..

You asked, I produced. BTW, Spare me the cringe pseudo analyst 'weak mind, insecure, beta, vicarious' retort type BS.. just makes you sound even more of a bell end mate, you don't know me & you never will, fat ****

    P.S Taylor>Garcia. Now FO..

aaahahah! 2? out of 14 years? thats what you think puts me at your level, lol? i can find more examples of you being wrong in just 1 of your posts.:loel:
its cute that your participation trophy mentality got you thinking youre equal, lol. your self esteem is struggling to make sense of the reality. better get back to your safe space. but keep at it, if at any point i feel there needs to be clarification about who you are, and who i am, i will post some of the gems youve been constantly farting out since youve been here, lol.
