in the UK we call it being thick, but Khan's stupidity is also a source of hilarity. That Bruce Jenner interview is gold. You can see the cogs turning. I don't blame him. He's like an innocent child.

Peterson was seen as an easy fight back then.
But Khan always took risks. Hell, Bradley was the one who walked away from Khan(cant really blame him, as it was to get a fight with Manny).

@jm2729v trainers train fighters for MONEY! And Khan was a manufactured product celebrity fighter who had sponsorship deals, money and fame from the start and was purposely pushed in peoples faces (whereas fellow young GB Silver Medalist Fred Evans got nothing). It's embarassing for Khan that he had all the worlds best trainers and still couldn't improve his flaws and still was mostly a laughing stock throughout his career.

Khan fought in 4 weight divisions and has only won a world title in one of them! He got everything on a plate with underdeserved title shots and shots against past it big names, top trainers/facilities, opponents with low KO ratios, etc and he still failed.

@Badbot The vast majority of Khans resume is terrible. He cherry picked feather fisted fighters and old past it names from the start. Look at the KO ratios of his opponents lol. Take away a measly forgettable little reign at Light welter and he's the same as Audley Harrison. If Audley Harrison had got gifted a shot at a weak champ in a weak division in his backyard like Khan did with Kotelnik he would have been a 'world champ' too.

What would the manufactured Khans record look like if he had never cherry picked and had fought the best fighters and the biggest punchers throughout his career?

Coming up at British/ European Level at Lightweight
Ricky Burns, Jon Thaxton, John Murray, Yuri Romanov, Kevin Mitchell

    World Level at lightweight
Juan Manuel Marquez, Juan Diaz, Joel Casamayor, Michael Katsidis, Nate Campbell, David Diaz

    World level at Light Welterweight
Timothy Bradley, Lucas Matthysse, Ricky Hatton,Ruslan Provodnikov, Brandon Rios, Mike Alvarado, Randall Bailey

    World level at Welterweight
Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquaio, Kell Brook, Errol Spence, Shawn Porter, Robert Guerrero, Marcos Maidana (prime), Keith Thurman, Andre Berto

Khan would have a journeymans record and would have brain damage right now!

Meh, Khan always was and will be way above Fraudley.
And you can't deny that Khan didn't take risks.
But you are right as well. Most of his career was well planned.

OK boxer with an OK resume. Way overrated by some simply because of his immense speed.
He always was a better athlete than boxer. Had some talent as he could always attract great trainers but lacked the boxing IQ and dedication.

Danny Garcia had no problens countering him. He did so from the first minute onwards.
    Peterson timed him.
As did the likes of Molina.

Khan is a Glass Jawed Fraud who can’t fight, has no Ring IQ, no Heart, no Stamina, fights like a miniature robot and was knocked out in brutal fashion so many times I lost count.

Not that I don't appreciate the bump of a great threat, but, er - what is the point of even comparing Taylor with Khan? Did somebody claim TTT has yet to pass KK on the greatest modern Brits list or summat? They were trolling you, bro.

He was knocked out in brutal fashion a total of 2 times, vs Prescott and vs Canelo. Not so many that you'd lose count. Vs Danny Garcia he wasn't knocked out brutally, he got up and fought on only for the ref to waive it off after he got up. Khan showed plenty of heart vs Danny Garcia to get up from the knockdowns and by showing a desire to fight on and keep going even after he was hurt. I don't know how anyone could question his heart after that.

Khan has plenty of stamina, he's like an energizer bunny in there. Ring IQ? He doesn't have the best ring IQ, but that's far from having no ring IQ. Whatever bone you have pick with Khan, you're wrong about everything. And I don't get what causes you to bad mouth a great fighter like Khan who left in all out in the ring for our entertainment. Yes his career had its ups and downs, but there's no need to pile on the negative and exaggerate a bunch of BS about him. Overall he was a tremendous fighter with loads of talent who showed a ton of balls and heart throughout his career.

the words '' great fighter'' or ''tremendous fighter'' can never be put in the same sentence. He's a multiflawed joke who was never nowhere near the p4p best in his career, hasn't won a world title fight in over a decade, failed in 3 of the 4 divisions he competed in, He's been getting knocked down/ or knocked out to every level of fighter consistently throughout all his career to fighters with a wide variety of KO ratios >>> Canelo Alvarez, Terence Crawford, Danny Garcia, Julio Diaz, Craig Watson. Willie Limond, Samuel Vargas, Breidis Prescott, Michael Gomez, Rachid Drilzane.

Your opinion aint valid in this thread because you are clearly a deluded fanboy ^ Look at that ^ hahahhaaha. Crawford was beating the **** out of Khan easily and Khan quit from a leg punch!!

    Also there's....

The poll for Floyd fight He thought he had the Floyd fight but got mugged off

The whole embarrasing public spat with his wife

Being dropped by the journeyman Rashid Drilzane a fighter with a almost0% KO ratio

Getting robbed by the ' Brum Town Bullies'

Fighting Billy Dib a career featherweight

Losing 5 million of his own money from opening a wedding hall

Lying about knocking down Pacquaio in sparring

Signing up for a Celebrity reality series 'At Home with the Khans'

Being terrified of a snake on 'I'm a Celebrity get me out of here'

The constant embarrasing pursuit of Manny Pacqauio

Going life and death with the domestic level Willie Limond (should have been a KO loss because of a 15 second count)

Avoiding rematches, to his own losses! (Garcia, Prescott, Peterson) and close fights like (Maidana, Limond ) and controversial wins by a cut ( Barrera , Mccloskey )

Getting dropped by Samuel Vargas, Julio Diaz, Craig Watson, Michael Gomez, etc.

Constant delusional denial of his glass chin throughout his career

AMIR KHAN = THE MR BEAN OF BOXING :deal:
