What an absolute legend of the game this guy is. Fantastic performance and immediately wants the Inoue rematch. Quality stuff.
Superb fighter and a class act. Do agree, Frampton's win is looking better and better as time goes on.
Although ultimately handily beaten I was quite impressed with Oubaali. I think he'd be a good step up for Lee McGregor.
Donaire was 35. He's 39 this year and is fighting 2 weight divisions lower than when he fought Frampton.
Strikes me that with Moore he went into comfort mode, whatever suits him. Loved training camp, bla bla bla. Yeah because Shane actually pushed him to the limit.
I've worked with lots of Filipinos over the years and as a rule generally are good people. Great family values, humble, genuine and friendly. We could learn an awful lot from them in terms of appreciating what we have and enjoying life. Donaire seems a typical Filipino in that respect - comes across as a great guy.
