He did well against Joyce IMO. He was outboxing him in the early rounds, and landed the better shots early own. If Joyce didn't have an insane chin then it would have been another KO victory.

If he beats Dinu, then could he face someone like Chisora? Or should he fight someone like Brezeale or Takam first?

He should fight Hrgovic and lose again.

Dubois will knock Dinu out of his shoes, I would like to see Dubois vs Hrgovic, considering that Hrgovic still has no opponent, they would both definitely agree to fight each other...

Someone on Dinu level, he needs his confidence back, no need to rush things.

It's actually pretty funny. He was the next hype. They thought he was going to KO slow Joyce. On track for title shot. Now who will want to fight him of the ranked guys? He has a dangerous punch but now offers nothing in terms of opportunity.

I feel he needs more than just one easy comeback fight before throwing him at a higher level again. Fact is Joyce was a step up and he failed and his lack of skills beyond a big punch were exposed. He's only 23 and isn't anywhere near his prime so why should he be expected to operate at a high level again so soon?

He needs time to retool and actually learn to box otherwise we'll see him pick up another loss. I wouldn't be confident of him in with guys like Hrgovic, Yoka, Chisora etc all these guys have way more experience than him whether it be from extensive amateur careers or years as a pro.

    Szpilka, perhaps?

Would ask some questions, but ultimately Dubois KTFO's him.

Actually, with Joyce perhaps at a loose end for the rest of the year, a rematch could be in order.

I doubt it, Joyce gains nothing from it and Dubois ideally needs more fights before going back in with someone like Joyce.

I wouldn't put him in with Hrgovic or Wallin both would be too risky and probably beat him right now. Helenius would be a safer bet though still dangerous with his punch.

I would prefer if he spend the next 12 months going back to basics, facing some durable journeymen types he isn't going to lose against while he tries out new things he's learned and regains some confidence and then step up the competition. But do it gradually he was mismanaged before, fed stiffs then thrown in the deep end, he needs seasoning and to be given time to develop.

Dinu is the perfect fight for him, pretty much a certainty to win but still his best career win to date.

Next should be someone slightly better than Dinu but a fight he would be heavy favourite in (like another poster mentioned to gain confidence, plus at his age there's no rush). Someone like Washington, Wallin or Brezeale. After Dinu and another fight (Walling/Washington/Brezeale) he can start taking on the more dangerous fights.
